I work remotely from home. Home Telecom has far exceeded my expectations after having another internet/TV company for years prior to moving here. I stumbled across them because a well-known company failed to show for 3 appointments and my IT tech had flown down to set me up so it was last minute. Now, I couldnt be happier - In 2 years I have only had issues twice and the one time they were out in 10 minutes, the other time was same day. Having local support is so important and the techs are polite and professional.

This company does not care about their customers. I am a contractor and my company was doing work for a customer who had their services. We called in a locate ticket to mark the cable line. They have a set amount of time to come and then we can begin excavation work. They were a no show and never responded to any phone calls. The customer ended up helping us locate the cable himself.

You would likely get better wifi in space. There service is very poor and they do not bother to help with customer service. Please do not use their service as it is very bad, I lost over 44 hours of video editing and they cannot even bother to help restore WiFi to my area. Companies like this should not exist.

I just 32 minutes on the phone with an operator about slow internet service. He had to reenter my info 3 times. At the end, he couldnt even tell me when someone would come to my house to service the problem. He said they would call???
