Worst customer service ever! I made a payment over the phone and added my checking account number incorrectly by reversing two digits. I watched my checking account for the debit it never happened. I guess they did send a notice but it was sent after they disconnected my service at the pole. Now, I had a $147 payment that was a simple mistake cost me $504 to get my service started (which I paid the day it was turned off). They are now making me wait an entire week to turn it on and they have a local office within 25 min. from my home. They also charged me an extra $50 PER MONTH due to this. I have been a customer of Atlantic Broadband for almost 15 years and this is how Im treated? Also, after I paid the bill, they then sent me a bill for $1450 for equipment that was not returned. Instead of turning my service back on they are sending false bills in the mail to cause me more anxiety. Really looking hard to find another provider with better customer service. My advise is to not use this provider. Pricing isnt good and service is horrible.

Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible Internet and phone service, and the lies they tell continue to mount. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Numerous service calls and repair guys (at least 6, might be like 8-10 different ones to our home) to our street, not just our house. The church next door to us has a business account and goes through the same garbage nonstop. Absolutely horrible, and my guess is they dont care one bit because theyre running off to the bank with a whole lot of money. If we were overdue on our bill by one day theyd be calling and threatening to report us to a credit collection service, and yet they can get away with this repeatedly and nothing happens. File with the BBB, folks, and the state attorney generals office. Something needs done about this company. Theyre awful. The best thing to do is figure out what other service providers are in your area. Do NOT go with Always Downband if you can help it.

They jack up your bill, My bill was supposed to be 112.00 for 21 channels phone & internet Plus the unwanted hbo crap package /we dont want.we have 4 kids & they took away their cartoon channel that was the only channel we watched.They gave us a Tivo and zoned out all its features. I really just want the internet,if your not stuck with bad wires or equipment it is the best.(but pricey)Verizons high speed equals 2x the 56k dail up speed.(cant wait for fios)I can get a lifeline phone for 12 bucks a month,i have been dealing with Atlantic bb for years.i just want there internet.and the other people are right you can be on hold for 6 hours or after a while it hangs up on you. my 112.00 bill was 187.00 this month There basically just thieves.& i have friend they did the same thing to!! I think i will file a complaint with the fcc. and you have to give them 1 star to post a complaint THEY DON"T DESERVE IT.

I have been a satisfied Atlanticbb customer for years,way before atlanticbb took over it was Charter. Was happy then and still happy with their services. I have phone,TV and internet with networking. We have a problem now and then like everything but usually 1 call gets it resolved. We have had a problem for a couple of weeks(NOW FIXED). The Uniontown,pa office and technicians have been working hard to get it fixed, It affected several in our area. It was a intermittent problem and hard to find,They have been out during the day and during the night trying to find and get it fixed, They have been tring and they finally got it fixed. Thank you atlanticbb people for the great service and staying on top of it.

Its very disappointing... if there were other isps for my area, I would never have chosen Atlantic. They take advantage of people who dont know how to check their speeds. I pay for 120mbps and they kept throttling it down, hoping I never noticed. They save money that way. Luckily I know how to monitor that. When I called them out on it, the speeds instantly went to high speeds again. They also said they would credit my next bill in half. They never did. I called and they said that they never said that. Luckily I saved all the conversations and told them that. They then paid for my whole Feb bill. They are thieves and two-faced. Hopefully you have a choice of other providers in your area.

I pay over $200 a month, do not get all the channels, & their call center has gotten rude & condescending. Then to top it off, when I ask them to send me information to see for what I am paying & potentially change my package, they refuse. I have been with Atlantic Broadband over a decade, & they have been their service is going downhill. They seriously need competition. Oh... the $200 a month is ONLY for cable television. Our internet & phone are with Verizon. I pay less for my internet & phone combined than I do for television, & service is better with Verizon. Unfortunately, FIOS is not in this area yet.

They made me wait two weekS to even get an install and I had to prepay for my service. Then their modem broke in the first month. Theyve made me wait over a week to even get a technician to fix their broken equipment. Im still waiting for that appointment to be scheduled. It was supposed to be on Friday, then they changed it without telling me. This is by far the worst television and internet provider and Ive lived in five different states. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!

My mother died in 2004 and I bought her estate. I started a new account when I bought the estate and it is now 2016 and they are still charging me for her cable box saying it was never returned. I bought a empty house, so there was nothing here to return. I have spoke to multpile people over and over and they still wont remove these charges monthly on my account. It is the only Internet in my area, so I have no choice. Hate dealing with these people!

Without question the worst TV, phone, internet and email service I have ever had personally or professionally. Constant outages, deplorable customer service and horrendous choices and pricing. Its a good thing they have a monopoly on high speed internet in the service area where I live and have my business or I would switch to anyone else but Atlantic Broadband. If you have a choice, even if its more than Atlantic Broadband, take it!

Ive had them in the past and it was ok. Now my cable and Internet are fine but I was my phone service that was the issue. Tried numerous times to get ahold of someone in technical support, ha I dont even think there is a department Im still waiting on a call back from January. When I went to cancel because you cant get ahold of them I have no back ground so no credit for the month and a half of no service.

they was here for 8 hrs to do my install and after they left it still did not work, called them 4 times and they had to reset everything and on the 5th call they sent out a tech, he was here 4 hours and said the 1st 2 guys had it all installed wrong, not a good start, and when you call them make sure you have time to sit on hold for hours and hours, only company in my town so i have to use them
