I would give them no stars if it let me. HTC is a terrible company all around. The internet service is an absolute joke. Current customers beware, they destroyed my property the day I canceled my service ripping pampas grass out because the service tech was too fat to fit between the bushes. Anyone considering HTC as a cable and internet provider, stop and reconsider. Spectrum offers 6 times faster internet for a lower price.

i literally hate this company. Cable never works. its worse then satellite. Dvr never works. wont record shows. they customer service sucks. use anyone else. Worse cable provider I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!! the "owner" who keeps responding doesnt give a shi>>>>>t They just want to make it look like they do. Ive tried calling up there. they put you on hold then hang up

Nice employees but just horrifying internet quality. The internet quality is the absolut worst Ive ever experienced across 5 different homes in 3 different states. As if the rate increase after 6 months was painful enough...

these people are the worst people in customer service. have no clue how there service is yet, but hope . they take a month to get someone out to set up service. only work monday through friday. must be nice.

Been with them for over 30 years. Excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. If you want terrible, go to Time Warner and youll experience terrible service and appreciate HTC.

Remember when CABLE was commercial free? What happened to advertising paying for TV, now the cable companies are double dipping all the way to the bank. Read a book, a real book with pages.

This location was much better than the other HTC locations I have been to. The ladies were courteous when I walked in and were very quick in helping me get everything taken care of.

Terrible customer service. have to get service with them cause they are only cable provider. Hope service is better but dont use them unless you absolutely have to

I tried to inquire about new service, I was immediately put on hold and finally hung up after 15 minutes. I will stick with TW, at least they answer the phone.
