I was specifically told when I signed up that I could retrieve my DVR programs while traveling....which is very important to me. HOWEVER, I cannot do so and Im not happy. It says I need to be on my HOME network to retrieve those shows. I also am NOT happy that with the channels they provide to access while traveling and not on my home network. NOTHING but small, unknown stations and not the major ones I personally watch. Very disappointed in what Time Warner provides when comparing to Dish!!!

I am no cable company fan, sorry to say it, but these companies business practices are often frustrating. I will say that the three women working in the Jamestown, NY office are fantastic. I hope that this office stays if and when the merger with Cox progresses. If it doesnt I will probably be done with TWC because Ive tried to accomplish the same tasks on the phone and always miserably fail. Thank you ladies...you have always treated us well.

I attempt to use my computer often. Iam disabled, and Iam on my computer e-mailing alot, when Iam able. It seems like Im censored when it comes to content. For the last 3 days the server blocks my sending E-mail. This occurs quite frequently. I pay for Road Runner cable, the three pack, but my experience it certainly is not worth the money, when they dont let you use it. Next we will face pre-approved content before we use it.

When trying to call the office I GET HI JACK FROM TALKING TO A PERSON then all I get is a computer why do they put a local number when all they have is a computer answer your call to me this is poor customer relation all this does is make me want to switch my roadrunner to Dish Network for my internet.

Time Warner has got to be the absolute worst cable company out there. The DVRs rarely work correctly and when trying to talk to customer service, they wont help at all on their own issues. Ive lived in two other areas of the country and have never had issues like this with a cable company.

This review is about the "going the extra mile" for the community. Last week the technician in truck J11 stopped to help me get my dog who had gotten lose. I absolutely appreciated it, and wish I had gotten his name so I could properly thank him. Thanks again!

Being used to Fios or Xfinity, TWC is pathetic. You dont need to sign any contracts but once the year of the introductory price is over, expect your bill to double, then when asking for a better rate, youll be lucky if they offer a 20% discount. Total rip off!!
