First, with the installer showed up at my house I heard some kind of a banging in a ruckus in my driveway when I went out to investigate the two of them were rustling and banging each other off the side of my house. Then they went down the basement and proceeded to cut the cables from the DirecTV set up. I need to come back three times in order to fix the Internet. Now Ive moved out of the area and Time Warner does not service the new area, I cancel service on 30 November and I got the final bill and they are trying to charge me all the way through December. Its always something, the call Center is manned by inapt people, One representative spent the whole time calling me Mr. Junior, because there is a JR the end of my name. Cant wait to be free and clear Time Warner. Most like we will be sent to collections because I am not paying for a month of service but I did not receive it Im not paying for a month of service that theyre trying to charge me after I canceled.

I didnt think it could get any worse than Time Warner, but Spectrum did it. My fee for basic (13 channel) cable doubled after the takeover, they began charging me 6 bucks a month for a converter box I didnt ever need and the internet speed increase that I never asked for and never noticed, jacked my internet up and extra $10 a month. I then went to cancel my worthless cable, then then tell me because I was on an old Time Warner plan, my internet charges would go up $10 a month (faster speed, whatever) bringing the grand total for just internet to $70.00 a month before taxes and fees. I then get my new bill and they tried to charge me a $35 service fee for my internet switch! I already had the service connected in my house, all they guy had to do was change a few settings on his computer (no one ever came to my house) and thats worth $35? So long Spectrum, hello Fios. 50/50 internet for $40 a month, yes please. Wont ever go back, will never recommend to anyone.

The customer service in Orchard Park since Spectrum took over is awful. They just credited the bill I just paid to someone elses account. Good thing I looked at the receipt Its going on a week to correct this. I called Spectrum personally and reported it. I was informed they credited my bill properly to go on line and check my account. Guess what? Its still NOT credited. I then went back to the Orchard Park office and the service girl Tammy was very rude she stated "thats why you need to look at your receipt" I replied " if you were doing your job correctly, I would not have a problem." This is going on a week and its STILL NOT RESOLVED. All of this because they could not READ and INPUT the right information into the said bill. As a result you lost a customer and I am cancelling my service.

Ive used Time Warner for years now and Ive now realized Im being bamboozled. I pay $165 for tv, phone, and 50/5 Mbps of Internet. I called the other day, cancelled the phone and cable and the woman told me my bill would go down to $117. WHAT?! $117 for Internet? SLOW internet at that. I kept my Fios ad handy, picked it up and called Joe. A man that came to my door a couple months back and told me about Verizon. It is so much easier to call someone like Joe instead of a 1-800 number! Joe set me right up with 100/100 Mbps of Internet for only $80.45 a month. FIOS HERE I COME!

Crooks, notice that on the bill the internet service bandwidth is not provided. Listed as Standard internet and a second line Extreme Internet Upgrade. Plus 10 per month for the obsolete SB5100 modem that has been end of life since 2013 and is not capable of "Extreme Internet Upgrade". Crooked companies that lie and steal from consumers should have consequences. Verizon FiOS is the same cost, they tell you your speeds and they provide way faster service. So if you can get FiOS do it. FU Spectrum/Time Warner.

Those who are mad that they were overpaying have nobody to blame but themselves. EVERY cable/phone/internet provider will attempt to lower your bill if you threaten to leave. They most certainly will never call you in the middle of the contract time frame and tell you theyre going to lower your bill cuz youre paying too much. You need to shop around before your contact expires or you will inevitably be paying more than you would elsewhere. The "evil" company isnt going to do it for you.

Bunch of low down dirty rotten thieves. Stole $60 from my checking account claiming my last months payment of $34 was declined when they tried to charge my credit card. No notification was ever sent to me by them or my bank. I just happened to notice a $96 charge on my statement and when I called them to find out why they said they also charged me a $25 return fee. Never using these bandits again.

They cannot ever get my change of service right. I told them what we needed and what we ended up with was incorrect and they still charged us for their mistake. Unbelievable customer and technical help phone service, hold times are astronomical and when you do get someone they can never help. You are transferred at least 3-4 times ones... Not one employee takes ownership!

I know it is spectrum now but they deserve 5 stars on customer service. I may have waited a while in there but even with customers yelling at them and cussing they were all still polite and smiled at everyone, its not there fault you stand in line its the person in front of you that cant get their way and walk away so they have to argue for an hour.

Technical support are very friendly and seem to try an help you the best they can. However the service continually cuts out everyday and even though customer service is nice, they still need to fix there internet problems. Money should be reimbursed for all the times the internet doesnt work..... basically free internet.

If I could give it a zero I would. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. It took me an hour to get them to cancel my service. The service was $245 a month and was AWFUL. Do not use Time Warner Cable. You will regret it.

I called customer service to transfer my account to another apartment. After 4 different reps and 57 minutes it was finally taken care of. I accomplished the same task with 2 different companies in 15 minutes total combined.

Horrible customer service, I had to make seven phone call attempt to pay bill, over 45 minutes, no matter what department you talk very incompetent, but yes they promised you everything whe a new costumer contract service.

I am very displeased that this company will not allow me to have a Internet Package for 60 Mbps Download with a Upload with 60 Mbps! I upload just as much as I download and having only up to 10 Upload is RIDICULOUS!

intelligent home??? They couldnt do the most basic tasks. Great commercials - however reality is quite a bit different stay away stay away. Bundle Package -- thats what they make on you a BUNDLE every month
