This is a review of the company in general. I have the extreme package with 30 Mbps, and after performing several speed tests I realized I receive no more than 6 Mbps at any given time, which is far less than the standard $29.99 at 15 Mbps. I feel as if Im being scammed. Most calls end with me being hung up on. Upon canceling my service several times my first time around, they billed me two extra months. Both times Ive started service, it took around a month after installation to actually get wifi, and all calls to resolve the issue ended up with being hung up on, or being told to unplug my router and plug it back in, and to check if it was on, dozens upon dozens of times, and being transferred to others who told us the exact same thing, over and over and over and over again. It turns out, neither of those two times was the switch turned on by the tech they sent for professional installation. I was still billed for the months I didnt have wifi. Its by far, the very worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I didnt know it could be this bad anywhere.

This company is the worst. They only care about taking ppls money. There is no costumer service at all bc no one is capable of helping the client not care abouth the client. No one knows what they are talking about and you get pies and transfer again and again. They re-scheduled my appointment with out not letting me know. I call the day of the appointment like 6 times all this times they told me that the tech was going to take the tap off and never did they re-schedule again. Today we call again and again they lied to us saying that tech was going to come to do the sercive and nothing. Then when I said I didnt want the service that I cancelled they give me a hard time and attitude about it. This company is a piece of crap.

The three stars are for the staff at the office, but if I scored the service, I would give no stars at all. Im fed up with paying for sub par internet. Its always shutting off and has made me lose several papers (Im in school). When I call the phone staff dont care, they reset the modem and it works well for about a day or two, then its back off again. My daughters cant use the Roku in their room, so they have taken over my room to watch. My son cant be on the internet in his room, so he comes to my room too!! The only reason I stay is because everyone elses internet is even WORSE!

Some of the employers need to adjust our attitudes and learn how to satisfy the customers and Time Warner needs to stop over building people and work with people instead of trying to be stingy be greedy for money indoor players got a nasty attitude percent of having a cheaper rate of a bill when I have a higher rate of a bill thats why some of these customers are transferring to Dish and the other companies because you guys dont know how to work with people maybe I work with people and give a lower rate instead of trying to be high people will stay with you

I dont even want to give 1 star! Absolutely horrible service! Customer service is a joke! Not sure of local but when you have to call the 800 number they are the worst! I have never written a review before but felt very strongly about writing this! If you have ANY other option chose it! I have never been so frustrated! "Petra, member of leadership" was the absolute worst! I am forced to pay for service which we DID NOT RECEIVE! !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. ...how can they still be in business treating their customers like this?

Picked up my own equipment and PAID last saturday and I still dont have service turned on!! Called and told it would be turned on monday (ystrdy). Called again today because its still not on and was told its rescheduled for tmrw!! WHY?? Apparently it cant be done at the poll and the tech has to come inside. So, why didnt someone call me and schedule an appt??!! Now they MIGHT come out today or tmrw. No set time frame so im just supposed to hold my breath!!! This is #%*%

A very nasty, rude customer service lady! I dont like the change in the set up for On demand. Please, please change it back to what time warner had! This takes forever to find what you are looking for!! I HATE IT!
