The representative was very polite. She helped me pick the appropriate Internet package for my needs and was not pushy at all. Justin was also a great technician and a pretty cool guy. Everyone I was involved with gladly explained everything to me and could not have been more polite. I would absolutely recommend HTC to anyone.

Service is iffy. Their equipment is reconditioned I often have problems with my Wi-Fi and gaps on my HD TV coverage. I live in a condo so I cant have DirecTV which would be my choice.
