We moved from out of state two months ago. We have had to call numerous times about our service. Our wifi goes out sometimes 20 times a day. They have sent someone to repair it. We have called for help. We have to unplug and unscrew the router to reestablish service every time, which is numerous times a day. In addition, the original installer was threatening, rude, and passive in explanations. He did exactly the opposite of what we asked and we believe it was on purpose. He was antagonistic the moment we opened the door and before he even stepped inside. He talked over us when we tried to tell him what we wanted. He was calling Time Warner and complaining about what we had ordered while he stood on our front doorstep without even walking inside. He called them twice more when we explained he was installing the wrong service. He kept cutting our words off and talking over us and dialing his cell phone. He left without explaining our set up for phone, internet, and cable. He made my wife fill out a weird, pale, photocopied satisfaction survey while he stood hovering over her. After just 2 months, we are switching to Century Link and Dish network.

Spectrum SUCKS!! Customer service reps are terrible.. they charge u for services ur not getting, they blocked all the outlets in my home except one in my bedroom and since i only lease one box they told me i had to pay extra for other outlets and that i couldnt move my box from one room to another, internet buffers bad especially in the evening. I pay for 80 gig and only get 20... they dont give extensions on ur bill like time warner did, i get half the service that i had with time warner and bill is higher... tech support sent out 3 techs at the same time and they looked and acted like teenagers. Issue wasnt resolved.. save ur money and get sling tv...

Disgusting - I called in October to cancel my service as I was moving out of their service area. Funnily enough, they have no record of me calling! So my account is still active 2 months later for an apartment for which I am no longer on the lease, let alone in the same state as! They couldnt override it in their system because that very same system didnt have any proof I called! Only reason they dont allow online canceling is because everyone would do it, and they wouldnt be able to bribe you to stay. Please, take your service to another provider. Time Warner Cable has been nothing but a headache since I started using them.

I wish I could leave a review for the company as a whole. Time Warner has over charged us, undercharged us, disconnected our service, lost our information, accidentally deactivated our account, and has proven time and time again that they are completely useless regarding customer service. The worst part is, they have a monopoly in our area, and they know it. No regard for customer satisfaction or general ability to do anything correctly. Im looking forward to the day when I never have to deal with Time Warner in any capacity ever again.

Time warner/ Spectrum is the worst. Whenever i call i always get a rude customer service rep. They also locked me from using a debit or checking due to them having no records of me calling in a stolen debit, and they were suppose to re move the card off my account. I have to wait 6 months to be able to use a debit card. I cant wait to switch. Lets not talk about the phone service that suck as well. I wish i couldnt give a star at all..

TWC/Spectrum sucks. With Google Fiber, ATT GigaPower, and CenturyLink going in everywhere, you would think they want to be cost competitive. Nope. For 1/3 the speeds and similar channels, they want to charge $150 just for service. Monthly rental fees for equivalent equipment is $50 more a month + taxes. What a PoS company. Cant wait for strangleholds to end so these thieves can go out of business.

Bad billing service. Had so much prob using credit card, debit card and bank account for the auto deduction. I used the same credit card, debit card and bank account for auto deductions to other service providers without any problem. And TWC charge you for rejection fee eventhough they do not care to find out where the prob is. I am switching to another provider. Forget about TWC.

Worst service ever! I thought they were bad in years past but it seems theyve gotten worse not better! Dont believe their commercials!!! They only thing thats been amazing was my technician that came to hook everything up. Zachary Norman was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. But dont expect that on the phone from a representative.

Number one: The phone number is WRONG....this number calls customer service not the kiosk....Number two: The hours are mon-fri 10-9, sun 12-6 Number three: This is a kiosk you can PAY BILLS and PLACE ORDERS ONLY! Number Four: DOES NOT accept return equipment THEY WILL answer your questions
