I called to get a price because their advertisement said that they could provide internet for as low as $15. I explained that I had Comcast in the past the the rep started complaining about how terrible they are. He said that he was waiting for his computer to show him the offers in my area, in Pittsburgh. He came back on and said that Comcast was the only option and they were more expensive than going through Comcast directly. I actually thought it was funny that he had just finished complaining about Comcast and then started telling me that they are the best. Then he tried get me to add a video streaming service. I told him again that I was just getting information and that I would call back after I spoke with my wife. Then he tried to insult me and said "oh I can see what kind of relationship you have there." At this point he became very aggressive. He asked me where she was and to get her on the phone. I said that she was at work, she would be calling me any minute, and that I would call back as soon as I spoke with her. I asked if he had an extension so that when I called back I would get him. He said that it doesnt matter because Im not going to call back. The funny thing is I was going to order Dish through this company, I just wasnt going to order internet at a higher price and I wanted to see if my wife would want to cancel Netflix for the streaming service he offered. He then said that I wasnt very charismatic and that he should be the one to speak with my wife. I told him that I would call back when I got off the phone with her. His tone changed and I thought he was going to cry. He just started saying it doesnt matter over and over and then he hung up on me. I dont know why I stayed on the phone as long as I did. He couldnt have been more unprofessional. I would never do business with this company but I did find the call to be entertaining.

This people lied lied to me. They said Id have free installation for TV and Internet. They charged me 49.00 + The TV monthly plan in advance and said 49.00 was one time payment and nothing else. They direct the Internet to BrightHouse that also charged me 49.99 for installation that Planet Dish said I was not going to be charged for. At the end of the day I pay 50.00 more that they said I was going to to have my service and Planet dish CS treated me like stupid over the phone, the girl even laughed on my face when I asked to speak with the manager who never returned my call. The person who came to install said he could not find my building manager and took off leaving me with nothing. I called dish directly and they sent me a person who installed same day. No hassle. The list of aggravation is huge. In short, RUN away from Planet Dish. Huge headache. Wish I had read reviews before. :(

They lie about the service they offer... Signed up for a g bundle service and ended up with only one service, as they said the offer service is not available on my area after they had done their research and they decline to cancel the order to which I was signed up for. Emailed me a copy of a signed contract that was not signed by me but the representative said it doesnt matter who signed for it because its signed anyways.. horrible service they hung up the call at me 3 times when I asked to speak with the manager. The so called manager was rude and said their was nothing he can do.

Worst company ever, was lied to from the beginning into thinking we were getting suddenlink, they supposedly partner with suddenkink. Lied! I got charge money for internet which I was told I would not be. Worst coustmer service ever. Thank god the record their conversations. They were caught in the beginning stated they were suddenlink which they were not. I would never recommend this conapny to any one for anything. Horrible just horrible thank gosh I am able to get my money back because nothing was even brought to our house. Worst company ever!

This place is a scam and full of false advertisement. My brother ordered internet and cable from Dish but only got cable and the internet never came. Then when he canceled the service after two months of waiting for the internet that never came he got charged 400.00 in termination fees. We called and the customer service was very rude. Please be very careful with this company. I dont believe the positive review. To make matters worse they had the nerve to call me and ask me if I wanted to sign up for cable services.

I called to get prices and possibly set up an installation at the house I had just purchased. I got quite possibly the NICEST customer service rep I have ever encountered. He was humorous, yet professional and got the job done without making me feel like he just wanted my money. I was able to get TV and satellite internet for a very good price and understood everything that was going to be charged to my card and when. If you call I HIGHLY suggest you request to speak with "Andrew" hes the best!

This company lied to me. They "set up" an installation for service that was never available in a rural area. They knew there was only satellite internet available and told me otherwise. Turns out they never actually set up an installation bit told me they did. Then they charged me a $49.99 installation fee for installation that never occurred! I tried to call to get my money back and their number kept touring me to Dish Network. This third party retailer is dishonest! WATCH OUT!!

Made promises (Gift card) to get me to switch. Been 13+ weeks and still have not received card, given a variety of reasons. Most importantly, customer service repeatedly puts me on hold and then I get disconnected, or connects me to a supervisor voice mail who refuses to take my call or return voice mails. Last time she was standing there, and still wouldnt answer a voice mail left 2 days earlier. Very poor service and not keeping contract.

They pretended to be dish network completely messed up my order and I wasted several hours on the phone with dish network trying to straighten it out only to find the rates promised by planet dish were "not realistic" they take your money and then dont answer the phone. Be sure to call Dish Network, Direct Tv, or Comcast directly or the middle man will take your money and run.

Petty to put a potential customer on hold, Worse when you wait for a inexperienced, distasteful, and insulting representative that requitedly rejects your questions about service via non-conventional standards. GIVE ME YOUR MONEY OR GET OFF MY PHONE! cut the cable guys, its just giving the poor beer at this point. False advertising used to be a crime, now its a business.

Nasty, Nasty female customer service rep. She sounded so "put out", inconvenienced, and just plain irritated that she had to answer a call for service. Ive made the decision to not use Dish anymore. Lifes too short to have to deal with customer service reps like this! I refuse to pay my hard-earned money to be treated so disrespectfully.
