I have had numerous problems with Time Warner Cable. The most recent being billing errors. I have had to call them 4 times since February of 2016 and have been assured each time that they made the corrections and yet the next time my bill is due there is still an incorrect balance, which includes two late charges on the amounts that were incorrect, because they did not correct the billing. Also today I was in the middle of working on a Blog, something very important to me, when my internet service went out. I had spent two hours writing up my response, and before i could save it, the internet connection was lost, which means i need to start all over again when i finally get service again. When i called them they told me first that I owed them $99, by bill is $44.99, and did I want to pay. When I finally got to talk with someone they said it was a planned outage to fix a problem. That was 10 am. It is now 5:35 p.m. and still no service! I did ask them if they had notified their customers of this planned outage.? The answer was no. So basically you are tough out of luck if you use the Internet to make a living.I would have rated them a minus ☆ if I had the option.

I am so happy to have moved and hope to never deal with Time Warner Cable again. Customer service is terrible both by chatting and by phone. I have heard 5 different things from 5 different service representatives in regards to closing our account. They range from "your account is closed and paid in full" to "you will receive a refund for 29.77". After each of these, they took over 50 dollars from my account (I do not recommend auto pay). After that, they then claimed that equipment wasnt returned and turned it immediately over to a debt collector. After 13 years of paying bills on time at their insane prices, this is the thanks we get. Run, dont walk away from TWC. I would give zero stars if I could.

Echoing the sentiments of everyone else, Time Warner is beyond terrible and whats crazy is that they have no incentive to change since there is no competition. Ive always had an overall hatred of the company even when I worked for them but nothing is like being overcharged for services and that service not working and better yet , have customer service folks who are paid to help be the most incompetent, lazy, down right jerks about getting issues resolved. Most situations have silver linings bit dealing with time warner does not. I would advise folks to look elsewhere for service but there is none.

The only reason TWC gets a one star is because there isnt a negative star available. Poor service, internet speed constantly slows to a crawl, mobile app only works part of the time. They "updated" the app so now if you want to record a show it goes to a picture of the cast and then scrolls through all the episodes until it opens up to the one you want. Why should we be required to waste data and time for a simple operation. Only due to a lack of choices makes me a customer. As bad as they are they can still hold on to one bright spot, Century Link was worse.

Cable services I happy with. Customer service I am not. Went into the Clayton , NC office to turn in a 9.99 a month modem lease and the lady at the desk took my modem and said I was good to go. Two months later and a fee of 20.00 dollars add to my bill for the not returned modem on their records. I went to see why I was being charged. The "code" was never removed from the their system computers.

The website, Google and customer service say that this location is open on Saturdays. However it is not and I just made a long trip with my kids as well to exchange boxes and theyre not open. I cant wait until Time Warners gross lack of customer service finally puts some out of business someday. Hopefully it gets better one charter buys them out this year.

I woke up this morning planning to exchange my boxes. I get to the location. Get my two kids out if the car and situated which isnt always easy. Finally reach the door. And the damn door is locked. And no one was there. Why the hell was no one there. Im tierd of having problems and being inconvenienced by twc. Get your crap together.

Time Warner Cable....aka Spectrum? The worst service, the worst rates, the worst discounts..after one year of a discount it hikes up..then you have to dance around for another discount..the actual charge is a beast...confidently misinformed or under informed customer service.......TWC..you suck!!!!!!!

Unbelievable!!!! Thought I would give them one more chance and used them to set up my business account. BIG MISTAKE!!! Not only did they take 3 months to install service but they gave me the WRONG PHONE NUMBER and I had it printed on EVERYTHING for my business!!!!! Beyond angry and disappointed.

When did they stop being open on Saturdays? I went by there to exchange my box and they were closed! I watched 5 other people walk up and they were also shocked it was closed. Their not open long enough during the week day for normal working people to go there. They need to reopen on Saturdays!

Their internet is the slowest I have ever had. Only game in town makes it even worse. They dont have to be good. Cant wait for competition. We go over our phone bill because we cant tie in at the same time on our wi-fi. Wont change them, just making sure their service, or lack of, is noted.

they suck, suck, suck! worst company ever dealt with. way too much riggamarole when trying to talk to a person. price kept going up up up. now Im gone gone gone. hope I never live anywhere I "have to" use them again. been transferred 3 times so far just to terminate service.........

I think calling yourself an internet service provider is false advertising. You actually have to provide something to call yourself a provider. More often than not I have to use my cell phone for internet because the cable internet never works.

Not a fan of TWC, but this office is great. I have been there a few times, and the ladies that work there are friendly and efficient. I prefer going there vs calling TWC to be transferred around for a few hours without resolution.

The techs for Time Warner Cable are great! Its the customer service thats been a perpetual problem there. Never had any real bad problems with them, but just be warned they do have a reputation for lousy customer service.

What they tell you on the phone is totally different in person.The lady was so nice on the phone and the lady at the desk was not trying to listen to anything I had to say.Very rude customer service clerk.

I wish I had checked the reviews before driving there on a Saturday then finding out they arent open on Saturday even though it says they are. I hate Time Warner Cable and wish we had an alternative.

Switched to Direct TV & Century link & saved 60/month. Then switched back to TWC internet & we now save$100 per month. TWC would not negoiate & ended up losing. So glad we stuck it to TWC!!!
