I went in the TWC / Spectrum office in Webster to pick up a cable TV box and no cost internet modem on April 26th at 2 PM. I found the place nicely decorated and the employees very friendly. I was there to take advantage of their special to upgrade my home from Basic TV and internet from 15/1 Mb to their 125 channel package along with upgrading my internet to 60/5GB. I thoroughly discussed what their office was over phone calls before ever going in to this office. I had decided to take advantage of their $59.98 upgrade via a two phone call to their sales office. This actually ended up lowering my bill by $15/mo. for the first year. I will break even for year two. I went into the Webster location to confirm my monthly costs and pickup the new required hardware. They use a ticket-at-the-door system as you walk in the door. I was also greeted by a very nice man who explained their ticket-at-the-door system. There were 5 people ahead of me. I took a seat, in some nice chairs, while I waited. My number was called in about 6 minutes. I was extremely happy with their service both on the phone and in their office.

We thought we would save some money and switch from Direct to Spectrum bundle package. I spent a couple of hours talking to different Reps. I was quoted $120 plus the install for my first bill. My first bill came one month later, $255.00!! I had to waste another 1/2 hour on the phone with Customer Service to find out why. Of course, they charged me for the month PLUS the next months bill. It was never mentioned by either of the Reps that my bill would be doubled. Customer Service told me she understands my frustration but basically it is what it is and she is working two jobs!! Prior to the switch we had basic internet $49.99. Now, that we tried their bundle when I return to Direct my internet will increase to $69.99 which AGAIN the sale person failed to mention. Just waiting for a deal from Direct... We are returning to one DVR which plays in every room not needing a DVR on every TV to watch your recorded shows. New users beware...

I had an absolutely horrible experience on the phone but soon as I went into the store in Webster NY, Jefferey Smith did an exceptional job. He compensated the issue more than he needed to. I was not rude and neither was he. He helped me out tremendously and made it very simple! I appreciated what he did, especially since I didnt have to ask or guilt; he just took care of it. He is an awesome employee and completely made up for the awful experience I had earlier that day. If you are having issues with equipment, do not call go in and ask for Jefferey Smith! (If youre in this area haha)

Really terrible experience with this office. I just need to drop off my equipments as I am moving to different place , they make me sat for more than hour just to drop off their stuff. I was on a big hurry as I supposed to catch a flight. But nobody cares and behaved very rudely when I asked to do it fast.

I came in to Time Warner Cable with not know what is the best internet speed to get that is fast and not expensive but when I came up to the front desk team member Drew helped me out a ton. He told me what internet speed would work for my family. Now my internet works fast and not to expensive.

We down sized to basic internet and changed cable to Direct TV. I guess because we down sized they thought they could screw us with taking our WiFi away. Now we have to wait till they can get out here. Time Warner sucks. They dont care about their customers.

I spent well over an hour with 2 service representatives to simply move my service to my new address which is 10 miles away from the old address. I was on hold for most of the time. Poor training. I hope the company buying TWC will fix it.
