Dealer never cemented in my pole at the first installation. My internet goes out constantly because the wind blows my dish. 7 months later still having the issue. Dealer wants call them instead of Exceed. I have been filing numerous complains all week about this dealer with Exceed. This Dealer was the one who is making Exceed look bad. I will be asking Exceed to switch the dealer . Never by pass the company providing the service. Call them and make sure they know the dealer they outsourced is incompetent.

Stay away! I signed up to receive direct tv, internet along with phone..it was a bundle package. They installed my direct t.v. Services but didnt install my phone and internet. I have called several times about the matter with repeated promises that they will call back in a few minutes. Now they simply wont return my call.. I am stuck with no internet no phone and they have all my personal information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I will be contacting the BBB. I have one star just so I could leave a message

Unbelievable service my wife had an issue with trying to figure out how the DVR worked and the rep came to our home at 7pm to show her. If you want good, service these are your guys!
