We did a lot of research up front to decide on the appropriate internet service for us and found a service from Time Warner which, at the time, was introduced as a regular basic service. We signed up for the service in person and fully read the agreement including the fine and very fine print. After several months, Time Warner decided to jack up the price (after their recent merger). They claim that what we signed up for was promotional rates (totally false...we signed no agreement that makes any mention of promotionals), they also claim that they notified us in October 2016 but we cant find any emails requesting that we agree to the new rates or drop the service. Since we set them up for regular monthly payments through our bank, they sent us a bill for the difference between the rate we signed up for and the new rate with a claim of overdue payment. These practices are totally unfair and show poor customer service and predatory practices from a company that supposedly prides itself on service quality. It is unacceptable and this earns Time Warner a very low rating if at all. Totally shameful.

Let me start by saying that I abhor Time Warner Cable. You really cant understand how hard it was for me to give this 5 star review. Suffice it to say though that the PEOPLE who helped me (Debby and Toni) were fantastic, easily and quickly dealt with my issues, and were incredibly friendly. I still hate Time Warner Cable, but am starting to think that Spectrum may not be so bad. *EDIT* Brandon came to install the next day and was extremely helpful! Fixed the rats nest from the previous occupant and helped me get everything set up. I am starting to like this whole Spectrum thing!

Horrible company! Customer service is awful. Their internet prices skyrocketed to 90$ a month just for basic internet. We were constant having internet issues. They shut off your internet before your deadline to pay and theyve done this to friends of ours too. One of our friends had only had the internet, phone tv combo one week and received a bill for two months with a shut off notice. She canceled immediately. We switched to frontier and its only 30$ a month, same speed as spectrum and we have had no issues so far.

A lot of these reviews are about Spectrum/TWC itself. They should be about THIS store. I had to exchange a remote and the line and wait were long. Luckily the guy at the second work station saw the remote in my hand and asked if I needed a new one. He set one on the counter for me, if he hadnt done that who knows how long I wouldve been in line. Props for paying attention and getting me out of there.

Open M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM This location no longer has Saturday hours Informative service and a good place to pick up or return equipment. The people at this location are generally more helpful than the service reps you will get on the phone. Theres nothing wrong with the service you get on the phone, though -- its MUCH better than you will get from any other TV/Internet provider.

Had to call several times to accomplish anything. When told they would call me back before billing cycle, they never did. Nobody should have to over pay $$$ for their internet. Especially not customers that originally signed up for a lower monthly price! Who charges 1st timers less than loyal ones? My advice to be to seek alternative services!

Both my internet and wifi have been going off and on for weeks. Every time I call they "reset " the box and tell me its fixed. Then I go back to my laptop and while in the middle of something important, it tells me I have no internet . Every call is a minimum of 30 minutes! I dont have time for that!!!! Today I had no wifi!

Two visits here in the last couple of weeks. Very kind and considerate staff works here. Do not be rude to them because they dont deserve it, no matter how much you may be annoyed with TW. I drove here from Henrietta and its worth the drive!
