Every other day all of my services are cut off for at least 2 to 3 hours due to routine maintenance. They cant even do it in the middle of the night when ppl are sleeping they do it first thing in the am when u are trying to drink your coffee and get caught up with the news I dont believe they should get one star but it wont let me write nothing unless I give them one

This company has the worst customer service. They changed the appointment time and wouldnt communicate with us. When we called them, after an hour of sending us to others to talk to and deciding we wanted our money back, the supervisor sent us to another caller that was set on a loop then hung up on us. Do not go with time warner.
