I have been a customer for over 3 years. I have always auto paid my bill so it has always been paid on time. Recently my bank was bought out by another. So my debit card on file became invalid. I auto pay all of my bills and thought I had corrected all of them. I missed 2. One company realized an error and promptly notified me at which point in time i immediatly paid the bill and corrected the billing. So does time warner promote the same basic customer service standards?? The answer is NO!!!!!! So what they do is try to process my payment numerous times without contacting me with the issue. It seems like they attempted to process my payment numerous times to aquire the fees related with rejected payments, over $100 worth!!!! After racking up the fees they finally send me a bill. Nearly $300 for 2 months of internet!!! Thats right..just internet service, no bundle, no phone, no cable. Stunned I call to resolve the issue and I was transfered to the "supervisor" Thisis when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mac Lawson. Mac Lawson......just saying or thinking this guys name makes me want to puke!! This guy was the rudest most arrogant people I have ever spoken to. I have done customer service for 15+ years. And this guy should be scraping up roadkill off the highway. One of those guys that tries to use long sophisticated words but uses them in the wrong context(yea...that king of guy) I will just leave it at that. Mr. Lawson dosnt deserve the paychecks HIS CUSTOMERS PAY, has no appreciation for the value of his customers. Mr. Lawson would not work with me at all. I think I made him mad on the phone and 15 minutes later my internet was disconnected. This guy had my service disconnected OUT OF SPITE. Could not use my email and my poor boy could not complete is homework because the internet went out right in the middle of it. So i called the next day and a miracle happened. I had the pleasure of speaking whom i believe her name was Charity or Chastity(not sure). But she was AWESOME!!!!! She was very understanding. Waived my crazy fees, and turned my internet back on right away. At which time I paid my bill immediatly. Thank you maam! Your the best!!! Crazy how I can have 2 completely different experences with the same company. Because of her understanding and actually pretty basic customer service skills I will continue my service wih them. No thanks to Mac Lawson! You sir D NOT DESERVE YOUR JOB! VERY FEW PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK..BUT YOU SIR TAKE THE CAKE

Put in my address ,called twice ,once to conform they had service at my address and another to order it $189 that was paid immediately... Next day the worker come out 1 hour and a half to early he did NOT call ahead of time but I was not rude. The worker then said "Do yall have a Time Warner Line out here?" I said I dont really know sir I havent ever had Time Warner. He then says "Well let me look and Ill be right back ,so he comes back in and says "There is no line around here so there is nothing I can do".... NO LINE!!!! SERIOUSLY I PAID $189 DOLLARS AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO LINE WTF? My son was looking forward to their (QUOTE) "High Speed Internet THAT IS AVAILABLE AT MY ADDRESS" (End Quote) This was going to be his birthday present now I have to tell him I cant get it. I am beyond mad and disappointed.... And I dont know if this is a store and I was supposed to leave a review somewhere else but at this point I DONT CARE...

TWC s constant promotion expirations are ridiculous which result in constant price increases. Overseas agent have no ownership and can only read a script "I am sorry for your inconvenience" which does not solve the problem; to many apologies only reflects insincerity. Today TWC lost 640.00 per year because the chat agent could not resolve two issues; an unwarranted 5.00 increase in telephone service and the TWC app was not working and the agent insisted there was no outage, funny how the message from TWC on the tv states they are working on the problem but the agent states there is no problem. Well I have no problem saving 640.00 a year!

With it being spectrum now, the Wi-Fi lags alot, and the cable channels are basically non existing. When it was TWC theyd work with you on extensions cause they cared about the customer not about their wallet. Now with it being spectrum, spectrum looks at its customers as of their dollar signs. No help is given when asked for it but they will demand a payment, I will be looking for a better provider that cares about me and not my wallet

The last time TWC sent out a service technician, he showed up in hoodie and baggie jeans that rode below his bottom. When he spoke to me, I could not understand one word that came out of his mouth. Had I been home alone, I would not have allowed him into my home.

Costumer services are great. For all the times our box decided to give up the surprising friendly and patience unlike a cheaper alternitive of comcast which we had a plan and constantly keeped on adding to the bill
