This store is the only saving grace for Verizon Fios service in general. Verizon simply has the worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced, and one of the most unreliable products as well. I dont even try calling anymore, I just take it to the store as it literally takes less time to drive downtown than it would being stuck on hold and hung up on three times. In the two months I have had Verizon Fios I have not had one day of solid service as I have been plagued by a broken cable box that they kept trying to diagnose remotely. Internet has been solid in comparison to Comcast, but it is actually slightly slower. Between Verizon and Comcast, Verizon is just slightly the better of two evils. First, they schedule the date of installation and say they will be there between 8-5, so I have to call and take a whole day off work because they wont give me a more specific time. Then, they show up at 5:30 p.m. since my house was already pre-wired. The tech is there a whole 30 minutes, and not 5 minutes after the he leaves things start screwing up and nothing works. I have to schedule another tech to come out. The second tech basically calls the first tech a moron because the "box out back" was completely broken and should have been checked and replaced. Then, the saga with the cable boxes starts. Every 30 minutes the cable box shuts off and restarts. After spending hours in automated phone tree hell, getting disconnected multiple times, and speaking with at least five different people on three different occasions who all try the same "fixes" one guy gives us the address of the store and tells us to take it in and swap it out for a new one. Finally. The people at the store then ask for our work order number, or something to that effect, that should have been issued when they told us to replace the box. When we tell them we werent given one, they act like we should know their processes. They were polite, but why should the customer be responsible for coordinating the various aspects of a businesses customer service? Thankfully they switched the box out after a short wait. After all of this, they still would not issue any kind of refund for the incredibly poor service Ive received. Only when you have the kind of monopoly that Verizon and Comcast enjoy in my area can you get away with this kind of service.

They will do anything to get you to sign up. After 1 year, price hike. After 2 years, huge price hike. I cancelled when they wouldnt fix my bill. They sent me emails for 6 months saying that I owed negative 3 dollars. They finally sent me a check for 3 dollars and I thought it would be over. Nope. They now send me emails stating that I owe 0 dollars. There is no way to cancel the emails or my account. They intentionally harass former customers. The best way to prevent this is to never become a customer in the first place. What an awful company!

Horrible Horrible Horrible... please if you can use any other provider do it! My internet has been going out for 3 months and when I call for help they hang up on me and say there is nothing we can do about it. I am in the military and need the internet to talk to friends and family and they dont care at all. Please use someone else.

Been with Verizon for 20+ years. Contacted Verizon Fios twice this week regarding discount triple play offerings, since no longer on contract. Was told there is nothing available for me! Will continue to charge me $217.00/month forever. Wow! customer loyalty? Fat chance!

Buyer beware! They have the absolute worst customer service, are completely overpriced and make absolutely zero effort to help you as a customer. Inept as a business, reporting to the better business bureau. 2 weeks this has dragged out, to my expense!
