Absolutely dreadful ever since they became Spectrum. Went from having a lag spike once every few months, to having them multiple times per day. Ive contacted the company multiple times now regarding the garbage service and am always promised it "wont happen again". It clears up for maybe a week before going right back to normal. Going to start looking at other options.

Very very poor customer service. Have been promised to have our service installed multiple times yet no one shows up during scheduled times. Despite numerous phone calls no offers for compensation. Do not waste your money.

There was a delay in my interweb installation so they gave me free cable. Its only like nine channels, but its free. Interweb is über-fast, then the mb/s doubled after like two weeks. I like time warner cable.
