I called 2 weeks ago to have my service changed to a new residence. Never once was I told they didnt service this address (in the same town as my former residence); however I called this after noon and talked to Nick and he told me they couldnt transfer my service since its not in the coverage area. A phone call would have been appreciated instead of me having to call to find this information out after waiting all day for them to disconnect and reconnect my cable. Nick said no one else was in the office to speak with and Mitch from accounting wasnt available until next Thursday to inquire about my refund as I paid for the whole month of June as well as July. I am very disappointed in your customer service and will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know the same. You may think that since you have a monopoly over the cable market in this area that since people dont have options they need to endure incompetent customer service and that we need to accept ending a phone call without being provided with answers, well I would rather take turns holding a clothes hanger to get a local channel than give your company any more business. I dont make much of a difference but once you add up Facebook friends and word of mouth if two or three others decide not to use you, its a small win for me.

Girl I spoke was indescribably rude! Had a delivery set up and had an last minute issue, she wouldnt even help me. Ive had Nittany Media for years and Ive never been treated this badly
