Absolutely the WORST experience dealing with this company. Moved to an area with limited options for cable providers, we called to schedule someone out the first week we moved in. They were a no call, no show. We where then rescheduled out another 3 days and again no call, no show. Asked why none of their technicians bothered to show up and all they could say is do you want to reschedule. They pulled my fiances credit after telling him they wouldnt be doing a hard inquiry. Needless to say, we will be taking our business and money elsewhere. Not like they cared anyways.

The worst! Said that they offered internet in partnership with Direct TV for $45 a month. Lie! Lie! Lie! They charged an extra 18 dollars for "broadband". $63 is NOT $45. When i called to disconnect they charged me $200 early termination for the "discounted" package i got. Their rep was even dumb enough to say stay and we will only charge you $45. I told the bastard that he was a liar and no way did i trust him. Dont get it!!!!

Awful, Worst customer service ever, provides poor quality service and offerings. Outdated technology and we as a consumer have no choice who provides our land line services. Takes weeks to process payments and then charges late fees.
