If you love having fast internet and having a quality TV experience, then Blue Ridge Cable is not for you. They specialize in internet that never works and TV stations that lag during your favorite sporting events. After awhile, you will get fed up and decide to call customer service about having your terrible TV and internet fixed. Not only will they not fix your service in anyway possible, but they will take 4-5 days to make an effort to fix the problem that they are responsible for. So if youre thinking about getting blue ridge, DO NOT DO IT! Call dish/DirtectTV. You will thank me later.

Slow internet, cable goes out and prices keep going up. If anyone in the area can recommend a better connection, please post so we can check them out. My fear is there is no better connection. We had Comcast where we used to live and thought they were expensive - Blue Ridge has managed to get themselves right up there with them in their cost. At least with Comcast we had more options and their OnDemand feature was so much better! Now Im wishing Comcast would get into the area so we had an additional choice.

I read these reviews and I talked to the people I know that have internet with Blueridge and I have to agree with the people I know, Blueridge is great. I have only had the service for a couple of weeks but I have not had any problems at all and the speed is great. Not sure where these other reviews are located but I am located in Wellsville.

This has to be the worst cable provider ever. It says it was founded in 1950 and I feel it is still there. Somehow the cable freezes every day and their solution is unplug it for 2 minutes. That rarely works. If zero stars was an option I would give it to them. Too bad this is our only option for non-satellite provider in Etters.

My service is horrible. My internet constantly goes offline and I work from home 2 days a week. I called their tech support division and they told me arrogantly "youre not allowed to make money off the internet" I flipped on this jerk. Really??! I cant even check email and thats BS! Tired of blue ridge .

My 1998 AOL dial-up internet was faster and more reliable than Blue Ridge is today (and Im paying for PREMIUM speeds). Blue Ridge has a monopoly in this loathsome pocket of Pennsylvania so theres absolutely no motivation for them to provide quality service. And I have no other options. Its criminal.

Ive spent a large part of the day just trying to keep my computer connected to the Internet. The signal goes in and out and eventually would just stop working all together. Very frustrating. Only reason I have their internet is because theyre the only internet provider out here.

Worst service ever. Internet is slow and they will punish you by turning it off if someone hacks your WiFi and downloads a movie. Then you have to fight to get it back on. This company will fail in the next few years as other move into the area. Cant wait

Since we were forced to go to their digital service the reception is horrible! We are seriously researching going to DISH or DirectTV for the first time. We also now have to pay extra for the 2nd line for this HORRIBLE service.

Internet speeds are CONSISTENTLY 1/3 of what we pay for. Service outages abound. Charges customers "Fiber" prices for "dsl" speeds because they have no competition in the area.
