I know how some people feel about can, but I believe that their customer service is starting to get a little better. I like how the service rep walks you out once youre done with your transaction. That little things goes a long way. Keep up the work, and the only youll need to work is your customer service over the phone.

The company itself sucks! I pay for them monthly for Internet and Im unable to use the Internet more than Im actually able to. If I pay good money for Internet I should at least be able to use it! I hope this company gets shut down. They are a poor excuse for an Internet company.

COX cable is the worst ISP that I have ever dealt with, this review is not so much about the location but the company. COX charges extra for the WIFI modem but when you get less than 2 mps down load speed they dont care. COX runs a monopoly on FT. Eustis AVOID COX if you can!

Friendly staff, but completely useless. It took them 3 days to figure out what was wrong with my account, when it was a problem that should have been immediately recognized when they checked my account. Dont even bother going in, youll wait all day for them to fix nothing.

Can be a long wait especially if around noon on a weekday, but theyre at least courteous and will walk you out the door. I keep trying to edit the maps location too to NOT be listed as "in kirklands" but the change was published and yet still back to the wrong location

The workers were very friendly and helpful. The wait wasnt bad either. I went there to cancel my services because Cox is just terrible but this was honestly the most pleasant interaction Ive ever had with them.

Always get what I need. Opens at 1000 sharp. Always a line at the door. They will help you, but you may have to wait, so Take a Number, wait, and dont complain.
