I want to take this opportunity to thank Metrocast Communications for their disrespectful manner. On August 4th 2015 I encurred spinal surgery , and was hospitalized for two months. I have been out of work since March of 2015 due to my severe spinal condition. As a 22 year Army Veteran of four operational deployments The ONLY type of entertainment I could enjoy during my surgical recovery was TV. My cable,Internet and home phone was disconnected with no house phone to even make an emergency phone call. I am pursuing new employment now that i have been fully cleared and i will surely pursue cable availability with one of your competitors. Total lack of appreciation for a Veteran who served our Great Nation with Pride and Distinction. I will be sure to share my experience with your cable service with every Veteran organization from Chambersburg to Erie and everywhere in between. Thank you.

These people in the Berwick area do not know what they are talking about every time I call its something different the last person told it never makes sense I just spent almost an hour on the phone with these people arguing have no care for nobody all they do is give u a run around n lies cuz they dont know what the hell they are doing u ask to speak to a supervisor n they just had u to somebody who is not on a call I was a supervisor of a call floor for Equifax so I know the difference between a supervisor n a normal worker this is the most rediclious cable company out there I am switching to somebody better

Constant service interupts with little to no notification. And not getting the speed we are paying for ( lags with 2 computers 1 streaming/slow downloads and the other gaming on their highest speed cable fyi the price tag for this is $80.00 a month ) (even with an Ethernet cable plugged in)
