Bad review, but good news! Cable sucks, frequent artifacting/freezes and they say we have no idea what were talking about. Adams has the slowest speeds I have ever seen on internet. When they test they say they are fine. Nope they suck. I have software tested over 72 hours. Now the good news there WILL be 2 new options in the area, one is from a REAL subsidiary of TW offering a extended basic package for $79 including phone, net, cable starting June 2017. The other is GOOGLE is looking at making the area a test bed for its new high speed which is at its very slowest 14x average speed of adams. Price ....$19 a month. Look for these new options in spring 2017. The people have spoken, adams your overpriced and undeserving your customers

Visiting many states, by FAR the worst Internet service provider I have ever come across especially with the over pricing of the low quality, unreliable services and will never ever use them in the future when they become no more of a monopoly and another internet provider becomes available in the area. Paying the same amount for more than 2000x the Internet speed from time Warner and absolutely no trouble with them at all where I am stationed. The same price will give you 15, yes 15, at most, mb/s with adams where as time Warner offers 300mb/s. Same pricing down to $5 difference.

Wow! I have been using Adams for 19 years & have always had great customer service and always paid alot less then everyone I know with other companies. When I have a problem they are very helpful. Just recently I called & told them I needed to up my speed for my internet because I was having trouble streaming. They said how about we check your modem first. They did. That was the problem. They replaced it. No charge.

Adams Cable! Satellite speeds for google fiber price! not a hyperbole at the slightest this company is poor and I would jump on any other ISP if given the option. I hope to god that Spectrum makes its way here I even created a power point on why it would be financially beneficial to them and sent it in to them. Anyone who is content with this internet does not know the market to the slightest.

I have had Adams cable internet for a while now. I recently updated to 25mbps internet plan and at most i download at 3mbps. I can see if it was a few off but im gettin 22mbps under what im suposed to. If their were more providers i would definetly switch becaause this internet is not worth at all. I Do not recommend buying this internet as it does not give what you pay for at all.

The BAD news. My cable service went out and I was unable reset it. Very frustrating! The GOOD news. I called Adams at 8:30 PM on New Years Eve and I spoke to a real person within about 5-10 minutes and she reset the box remotely and worked through a couple of other issues to get my service back.

Inferior service for a premium price. They are basically a monopoly with a limited territory. If i want cable internet, they are my only choice, with that knowledge they rip ppl off. Did i mention the customer service reps are the rudest ppl ever!

Called to see about service in my area and it only took a month after i was told 5 to 7 buisness days to hear back. Just to find out they want to charge me a $1000.00 to install phone and internet. Ha ha ha thanks for wasting my time and effort.

I Pay for their fastest internet option which is only 25mb and I consistently only get 10-15mb speeds. I have called several times about this with no solutions. Im very underwhelmed with the internet options.

can not remember the guy who installed my service, but was excellent..i had direct tv prior to adams cable. Adams Cable is cheaper and no Contract...hands down all around better company.

I joined so I could watch basketball games at Carbondale Area High School. It is terrible! The connection freezes, when it does come on no picture! Very frustrating!
