Worst customer service in history! Was on the phone with them for five hours again today! They had scheduled for different appointments to come fix our signal leak. They were no call no show all four times! I lost four days of work because of this, so I called. At first I was offered $100 credit on to my account and I said that wasnt enough and I wanted to speak with a supervisor. After about three hours I finally got a hold of someone higher up and was told to hold for another couple minutes. That turned into two hours. Then when the person answered no one transferred my information so I had to explain everything over again. Then my $100 credit turned into an $80 credit. I then asked why would I except $80 credit when I said $100 credit wasnt enough. So I was put on hold again! No one picked up for over an hour and a half so I hung up. Definitely switching Internet providers ASAP! We also have a business account with them and I am canceling that as well. Unless mystically someone calls me and makes this right. Ive had so many problems with them in the past I highly doubt they will do anything to correct their problem.

Thanks once again for not having a second CBS channel out of Baltimore . You used to have it ! You carry 2 NBC and 2 ABC channels for this area . Of course no Ravens football again . But local team Jags and Packers are on one station haha . If you made the adjustment and added WJZ 13 similar to the High Rock cable you have south of here this would be solved. This would let not only Ravens fans see all their games , but it also frees up the other CBS channel to show more Steelers games. And it will sometime benifit Eagels broadcasts . Unless Comcast owns the local sports bars the dish network lets get this changed

Waste of time and money to try to get support from Comcast. Really wish Verizon Fios was in Lancaster.
