Went in and spoke with a rep to have service transferred on Monday 8/8. Was told that service rep would be out at new residence on 8/10 between 9 and end of business. When asked about the vague time in relation to the commercials saying otherwise, rep told me that "it doesnt apply to everything". Today is 8/10. Called to check for a round about time for the service rep to arrive and was told that there was no service appointment scheduled. Also found out that service was never transferred from the previous address. All that tells me is one of two things. Either 1. The people that work there are completely incompetent and/or 2. Theyre liars. Im going to assume that both are true. Not to mention that the guy seems to not know how to do his job either due to the fact that TWC provides 1 hour windows for appointments. Its good to know that when you go to the TWC location on Owasco St, that theyre a bunch of scum bags. Id expect a reply back but Im sure even that is asking for too much.

DVR does not do as advertised. Extremely outdated equipment. Takes hours for installation, then takes days or even weeks of troubleshooting to attempt to make it work properly. Mine still does not work. Online chat help "technicians" dont have the ability to resolve problems. You can keep trading in the box, but it takes way too much time to make it worthwhile. Stick to searching programming online. Dont waste you time and money with Time Warner Cable Boxes.

TWC is great, if you have tons of money you want to give away for horrible service, outdated equipment, and nothing but problems. Those who establish the pricing at TWC should be arrested and thrown in jail for price gouging. Criminals!!!
