The worse experience. I came by to return a cable box and I was told to call verizon first otherwise they would not take the box. I had returned boxes in the past with no problem. I sat there to call since the assistant said it wouldnt take me long. WRONG. I was on hold with verizon for 20 minutes just to cancel that cable box. Meanwhile, the assistant in the store was browsing his cellphone. Then he took care of other customers while I was still on the phone. Once I finished the process over the phone, another customer walked into the store to return his cable box as well. I adviced him to call verizon(if he hadnt yet done it) to cancel his cable box service, WHICH HE HAD NOT DONE and claimed he neverhad to call customer service. Well, they finally took my cable box after being in the store for over 40 minutes, BUT the customer who had to return his cable box only took him 2 minutes returning his box and walked away. I am so disappointed with Verizon and its customer service. I called back customer service and I was told they could not do anything about it. I didnt even get an apology. Once my contract is over I wont be a customer with Verizon ever. I wish I could give -5 stars. Why is real customer service gone???

I brought several lines to this store. But after more than one years of patient waiting, I was told that the promised shipping fee of 4 new phones of my friends was denied by the store manager. What!! They told me to ship these phones to my friends and promised to credit me back. I would never come back to this store again.

This place is a rip off. They offer FiOS home internet and TV. They charge large amounts of money to install it and then they never show up to install it... They technicians never do their job properly and they lie about their equipments capability.

I came here on June 12, 2017 to pick up four cable boxes and a Wi-Fi router, after requesting a transfer offer on the phone, and I traded in my old equipment and received my new equipment in return.
