I dont have much of an opinion on spectrum yet except that their commercials are awful but the people who work at this location are amazing. I went in today and a very frustrated man was being a complete jerk to the woman working behind the desk due to nothing she had done. When he finished letting his anger out on her she kindly welcomed me, was fast and efficient at her job, and made me feel welcome even though she had just gone through something completely undeserved and unwarranted.

Tried setting up service a few days prior so when I moved in I would have a connection. 3 days later no internet and the earliest possible appointment to get me connected is still 6 days away. What a joke.
