If you are looking to return TWC equipment after cancelling your service, DO NOT COME HERE! They do not accept equipment. When I called customer service about returning equipment, they told me that this was 1 of 3 total locations in ALL of North Carolina that I could return equipment at. After driving 45 minutes to get there, I was told that this is the corporate office and they do not accept equipment there. TWCs customer service is awful, so make sure to check and double check any information they give you. Id give it 0 stars because of the terrible experience Ive had overall with TWC, but the gentleman at the front desk of this office was very kind and understanding.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. They HATE their ongoing customers, and go out of their way to make you hate them. REALLY looking forward to them having any competition. Multiple failures over multiple years. Weve been their customer since 2002, tried to switch away but Raleigh has enforced the monopoly effectively so far. REALLY looking forward to getting away from this horrible company.

Worst company ever. I just upgraded to their digital cable service a month ago and I have had to call 5 to 6 times because of their poor service. I always call this number and I have only had one person willing to help every other time I have to speak to a supervisor. Do your self and favor and do not get Time Warner Cable.

This is not a place to be visited with problems you are having with your cable. Its strictly a TWC call center. They cant help you, but if you need a job there their benefits and pay rate are GREAT!!! Thanks TWC!!!!

TWC has the best service available. Thier On-Demand programming is awesome - I am still discovering new program content. Saves me from clogging up my DVR. Direct TV and Dish can keep thier space junk!
