The service used to be good. It has really gone downhill. My TV, phone, and internet are constantly going out. My phone even sometimes cuts out mid conversation. I can never get through to customer service by phone because there is always a message stating that there is high call volume. When I leave my number for a call back and speak to an actual person they cant answer why my service is so poor and why is it so hard to get through to customer service so they transfer me where I am at square one again and put on hold due to high call volume where you might as well forget it and hang up if you dont want to wait over an hour. The only calls they promptly will answer are ones to pay your bill or sign up for a new service, otherwise they could care less about you. They made us take the receiver boxes which have only added terrible problems to our service yet they made us take them and charged us more money too. Their answering service tells you that you can get online help. Well thats kind of hard to do when your wi-fi is out!!!!

Switching to direct TV today. Atlantic broad band is the absolute worst cable and internet provider in Warren county. The cable hardly works. We use more data up in our house through cell phones because the internet doesnt work half of the time. Its ridiculous prices and awful service. If you call they just act like you are ignorant try and talk too you like a child. Out of the two years we have had service through them. About 5 months we didnt have working cable or Internet. They shut off the wrong house and came back 3 days later to turn it on . No worries nothing they didnt compensate us for those days just oops sorry wrong house. Plus with all the freezing of the internet and cable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldnt give it any stars if I could write a review that way.

The phone service is horrible. Every few days I will be in the middle of a phone call and get disconnected. The answering service doesnt even tell you the time or day someone left their message. Our internet service is very laggy even though we are paying for the highest speed they offer. I get very few channels for the amount I am paying compared to people who have comcast. We really need some competition in this area other than dish.

Nothing good to say about the service. Internet cuts out numerous times each day. Cable TV cuts out numerous times per day as well. Call to complain, and all we get is hollow, pre-scripted apologies, not a solution. The only reliable thing about this company is the timely billing department which is always prompt with asking for money. The local office and service personnel may be alright, but the company as a whole, blows.

From a Professional installation standpoint it was not what was expected. Did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves, took a long time to get wiring done. From a competitive stand point there isnt anyone to compare them two, No competition other than Cable and well that is not any good. If I had a choice I would probably choose differently.

I wouldnt even have given this company 1 star if I could leave feedback by not doing so. The Internet is always going out, and the cable goes out and freezes continuously. For what they charge you would think they would provide better service. They have the monopoly on the area and they know it. Going back to Direct TV as soon as I can.

Customer service is a joke. Got new Internet and now I cant log on. ABB said its not their problem. At least Verizon was helpful
