Ive been a customer for THREE days. Yes I said THREE DAYS. And this is literally the worst company ive delt with. They double charged me. Rufuse to fix it. Ive spoken to 8 different people. Transfer after transfer. Bouncing from one department to another. It seems to be no ones problem. I asked for a supervisor who promised I would be contacted. . .I was not. Then the last person I spoke to basically said stop calling us. We cant help you. Kept cutting me off. Was incredibly rude and said to go to a Comcast store. I asked to speak to a superviser after she cut me off the THIRD time but she magically didnt have one after ignoring me ask for one the TWO other times I asked! So the ultimate transfer. Cant wait to see what the people at the store have to say. When I go Monday. Since its Saturday and the last person I spoke with failed to mention they WERE CLOSED. All I know is after all this I no longer want their service.

Nightmare upon nightmares.......For my review of this company go to yelp. Its lengthy but our problem is lengthy. Advice: Complain to the SC Department of Consumer Affairs. The Johns Island office has NO Supervisor, you will not get far visiting them. 1) Do not set up automatic payments. 2) Do NOT do paperless billing. 2) Do not believe what their employees say. They LIE 3) Lets report and report and log complaints also with the Sc Department of Consumer Affairs. I cant believe we are the 1st ones to report them. Watch your charges. They automatically change charges and do not notify you until you have accrued a HUGE, HUGE bill. Report this company and every thing they do to the SC Department of Consumer Affairs.

Had equipment in the mail, took it back here because I didnt request it. They took off the tv. Service that I didnt request but when I told her my bill wasnt right because they still charged me other fees like the equipment fee she said she cant take that off!? I gave her the equipment back so why is that charge still on there. Oh u gave to call customer care. THATS WHY IM HERE BECAUSE THIS IS CUSTOMER CARE!!! For u to fix my bill but I have to call? I just drive 20 minutes to get this fix and youre telling me I need to get call someone ?? Whats the point in your job if you cant fix a bill ?

Comcast sucks.... No surprise there. But, if you have to make to trip to one of their stores, I highly recommend this one! Typically has shorter wait lines. Especially if you can make it over there mid week. Ive had several good experiences with the team at this store. They seem to be much more knowledgeable and eager to help than anyone youll get by dialing into Comcast customer "support."

Spent over two hours on the phone and got transferred around because the people I spoke to for customer service didnt know how to resolve my issue. Only the last (8th) technician I spoke to knew how to resolve my issue and it was fixed in 15 minutes.
