I decided to fix my 2013 Toyota Camery with professional shops. So, I went to this large mechanic because I saw all the good reviews on the web. After a little conversation, I mentioned about someone who pervoiously, roughly fixed my car. I dont know what was their problem between them, but he accused me of being his friend. He told me to leave the shop and said that he doesnt work with anyone who knows the other mechanic. I tried to explain that I wasnt his friend, but he didnt trust me, also he didnt bother to listen to me at all. He just dumped me out of his office and told me to leave. He was very rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated because I am a foreigner and because of that discrimination, I dont recommend anyone and any foreigner to have thier car fixed there!!

The best! Cant say enough! Thanks! Wind caught my drivers side door and bent it into my front fender. After bending it back it was misaligned and would only open about 6 inches. If I attempted to open it would only damage the fender more. Went to advanced for an estimate. Even though they were busy an employee got my keys and pulled it into the garage. I sat down in lobby and Bing bang boom. 10 minutes later they fixed the door, bent out and fixed the fender and said "No Charge, have a great day!" I was mind blown that service like this could still exist. Any future issues with any cars in my family, they will definitely get the business.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Advanced Auto Body and Glass, but I wont be giving them my business again. My truck needed a new hood and the front two fenders. They never took the time to blend the colors together, so when I came to pick up my truck it was two-tone and a terrible color match. It was embarrassing they even tried to get me to take it home. Additionally, when I picked up my truck the second time, the passenger window wouldnt roll down all the way and the passenger door wouldnt open from the inside. All of the issues above lead to my truck being in the shop 1 week above what was quoted.

Took my car here after someone piled into me. They came in about $500 less than the other places I got estimates, and insisted they only use OEM parts. Took them about a week to finish my car but considering the amount of parts that needed replacing and painting, I figure that was probably about right. Wouldnt even know the car was ever hit. Owner comes off as a little intimidating but their work speaks for itself. Will definitely come back next time some idiot on their phone runs into me again.

We were in an accident with our almost new Mercedes SUV and it looked terrible. We took it into Advance Auto Body and dropped off the keys. A week later they called us to come and pick up our SUV. When they pulled up our car I was blown away. It looked showroom ready and in perfect condition!!! It was amazing. I was so turned off by the estimate that I wont even consider this place for my repair work. Ross was incredibly rude, cold, and short with us that we already decided not to go with this shop before we walked out of the building. The estimate was also $1,000 over what I received at Coreys Customs because Ross added unnecessary work to the estimate. This place has the worst staff Ive ever interacted with.

Honestly they were terrible. Called a week in advanced to have back windshield replaced and when the day came it was the wrong part. They told me wait another 3 days, I already paid for it on the day of my appointment. They kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow but ended up waited about a week for the dang part. They have a service that gives you a ride back home that was helpful. In turn, they kinda sucked.

I took my Mercedes in because I had tried to remove tree sap from the hood with 409 and a scrub sponge. It left 3 spots on it I could not fix. AAB buffed, sanded and polished the spots and it looks great. They even gave me some touch-up paint in case I got a paint chip. They did this all and didnt charge me anything. They have made me a customer for life.

I could not speak more highly of the service I received at Advance. My 15 Mercedes took a pounding to both pass. bumpers, door, and rear quarter panel. Advance estimated the time required, to the hour, and I was able to jump behind the wheel of my brand-new car. Thank you so much for the hard work guys, sincerely!
