I took my nissan titan for repair and seemed like they would do a great job since the representative was very informative, negotiable, and attentive. As soon as I left, I felt confident that it would be a great idea for them to do the job. After a few days, I called to check up on my titan since the next day was the deadline for me to pickup my truck. They said it was not ready for tomorrow but it might take 4 additional days. Ok no problem. When the 4th day approach, I called to see if my truck ready. They said by this evening yes. Went and picked up my truck. Look good and all. But when at home I checked it more thoroughly, I noticed over spray on my wheels, mirrors, headlight covers, and black molding around truck. I also noticed, that my rear passenger door window would not roll down and that my passenger door mirror was loose. I took it back and they corrected the mirror and window but the over spray they did not. Overall total amount ins paid was nearly $4000 but got a lousy 1000.00 worth of work in my opinion. I went to Service King 2 yrs before on some other issues with my wifes car and they did an excellent job. This place is not good in my opinion and also because my insurance works with these people, if not I would have been at Service King collision repair in Grand Prairie off I-20.

I got my car fix here because a small fender damage that would cost 1000$ to fix I told the Guy Im trying to save money he did his best to bring it down to 924 $ so I told him I get my own part for cheaper he said as long as it was good fit and good quality he would put it I did just that it brought my total repair cost down to 530 with the fender I bought it would cost me 120 extra out if my pocket. so I drop my car off Tuesday and.it was ready Friday pretty fast to me.and they detailed it so well! felt like it came.off the lot. anyways I will definitely come back for my cilision needs!!

Just recently had an accident, and used Caliber Collision and Enterprise inside. Received EXCELLENT customer service!!! Cuddos to Dan, my repair specialist!!! I received weekly updates, and when my car was complete, it looked and road like BRAND NEW!!! When my son had an accident several day after me (just our luck), I sent his vehicle straight to them, and I expect the EXACT same pleasant experience. Hope I dont have to use them again. But if I do, I will always refer family and friends to this location!!

They were timely, informative and kept me abreast to everything going on. They answered questions and cleaned my car before returning it to me. There is car rental inside the office so I didnt have to go anywhere else.

Setting up an appointment for estimates is really a hassle. Set appointment will be about 3 weeks to a month of availability. The staff are nice but, the service of need is lacking. Fix this Caliber Collision.

Mark was excellent. My car had to be repaired over the course of a month and he stayed in contact every bit of the way. The entire staff was friendly. Ill definitely recommend this place to others.

They do good body work. But dont let them have to do any thing under the hood ( they will f up your car) ( mine was 2014 ) I took it to the one in cookrell and 67!!!!
