Wont be taking any cars to this location anymore, only to the store on the east side of McKinney. Poor communication, there was an agreement for us to pay for repairs not related to the current claim and they led my wife to believe they would fix the side of the car that had a scrape. The paint portion was fixed but they left the dent. Now why would I want to halfway repair it by not having a PDR guy pop the dent out? I showed up to pick up the car and it wasnt ready, said he left a message stating it wouldnt be ready till later that day...checked for messages and neither me or my wife had any messages. Not the best experience and wont be going back or recommending. As far as the repair, Im sure they did a good job, I just havent looked at it in detail as my daughter is the energizer bunny and our paths rarely cross, so I dont ever have time to look at it. We were spoiled by the TBS in east McKinney who kept us abreast of progress and texted on a routine basis.

The best body shop experience to-date. I called The Body Shop after someone backed into my bumper. I was quickly scheduled for an appointment 3 business days from my call. In just a couple of days the The Body Shop had worked with the insurance company to replace the items which need to be replaced (missed by the insurance adjuster) and had my truck back into perfect condition with only OEM parts. The communication from the shop was some of the best I have had from any business. I received a call each day and several text updates. My truck was returned to me fixed perfectly, paint matched perfectly, and spotless (I gave them the truck very dirty). There are very few businesses I can recommend without hesitation but this body shop just joined that list.

Benchmark Electrical Services

Very happy with our decision to take our vehicle to be fixed by a local company. They did the grueling, labor intensive work of repairing the rear portion of our company truck. Randy did a fantastic job dealing with insurance and very quick turn around for the amount of work involved. New rear doors work great and floor board is flat again.

The best body shop I been to thus far. The repair advisor Will was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. The turnaround was fast and they even kept you in the loop text updates. Definitely will be back if I ever have another accident.
