What a horrible experience!!!! When I pulled into the bay the "gentleman" started screaming at me to stop. I had only heard him once. When I asked why he was screaming he replied that he had told me to stop...which I did. He kept glaring at me, and yelling that he told me to stop and i asked if he could just do his job. I was so embarrassed and finally when I asked him if we could get passed this he replied yep and opened the bay door and told me go right on passed here to the Glenway location.

I go here every once in a while. While the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the price is what gets me not visit here more often. I would love to go every time I need an oil change because its fast and convenient, but being charged $41.99 (plus fees and taxes) for the minimal oil change is a bit ridiculous. I only went this past weekend due to having a $15.00 off coupon and needing an oil change BADLY, but still ended up paying $29.00 after all was said and done.

I recently had my oil changed at Valvoline on Harrison Ave. They were quick, yet thorough. The manager, Bobby, was very friendly. He explained other services Valvoline has available, yet wasnt pushy about it. My oil was changed in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this Valvoline for a quick and easy oil change.

FYI- No matter what the people at Valvoline tell you. You DO NOT have to put synthetic oil in newer model Hondas. You can put it in but it IS NOT required. Honda recommends 0w 20 with the API label on the container. Dont let them sell you something you do not need!

A simple oil change and rear wiper blade cost almost 110$. I was told the blade would cost 12.50 and then they charged me 20 for it. Will never return to another valvoline and will make sure everyone I know doesnt either.

Came in for oil change and rotation, they completed two other cars before mine was done. Pretty much the slowest one Ive ever been to. OK place to come if youre not in a hurry, which of course is quite ironic.

Do NOT go here! They strip out oil pan plugs and oil pan threads and do not fix their problems. Worst customer service ever. Were heading to court since they refuse to fix it.
