Yo lleve mi 2006 infiniti qx56 mi transmisión estava completamente quemada no se movia ni para adelante ni para atras estuve viendo talleres en internet y el primero que salio fue transformers transmission lleve mi carro en grua y sabiendo el problema de mi carro tenian que hacer un chekeo completo a los 2 dias estaba manejando mi carro y era como si fuera un carro diferente gracias a los mecanicos y el dueño del taller charles hicks sr me trataron como si fuera de la familia y lo mejor que es un taller muy limpio y profesional en su tabajo haora tengo mas arreglos que hacer y definitivamente volvere a ir al mismo taller pir el trato y lo onesto que son con sus clientes gracias a Charles Hicks sr y su trabajadores por un buen trabajo y lo onestos que fueron se los recomiendo dios los bendiga

I decided to give the Cartersville AAMCO a shot after reading the good reviews online and I am so glad that I did! My wifes Chevy Trailblazer started having some major transmission issues so we limped it down to the shop on a Saturday morning. I was expecting them to have the vehicle for a week while they did a transmission rebuild so I was pleasantly surprised when they called me on Tuesday to tell me it was done. After we got it back it drove like a brand new vehicle again. The only issue was that the transmission had a small leak when we got it back, but Tom and his crew were quick to get this fixed while my wife waited (meaning I didnt have to take off from work). Overall it has been the best experience I have ever had with a automotive shop and I wont hesitate to give them more business in the future.

Trans-Formers Transmissions II rebuilt my transmission is the place to go! My transmission broke down during my move from IL to FL and Trans-Formers was extremely responsive. They set me up with a tow truck that towed me from 30 miles away, kept my parents informed with prices and processes as well as myself, re-built my transmission in two days, and did a great job with keeping me updated with the progress of my car so I could get back on the road. Rodney, in the office, drove me to an Enterprise 20 miles down the road so I could get a rental car, looked for nearby hotels, and found a nearby repair shop in FL that could do my routine check-up after a few days of having the transmission rebuilt. So far, my transmission is working great. Thank you so much for all of your help and diligent service!

They have had my vehicle for a month to fix transmission under warranty, but every time they try to fix it, theres another problem. They tried many times to install a new torque converter, but could not do it properly. They then decided to rebuild my transmission (again) and I was told I would get it today, but the call came that they needed another part and they were waiting on that. They send the transmission off site to be rebuilt, and he has not started on it yet. I was told I would be a priority, but since it has been a month, I dont think so. Dont let these people touch your vehicle! I would give them zero stars if given the choice.

A mechanic told me I needed to replace my transmission which as a woman was very upsetting since I know nothing about cars. I called my brother and he said I needed to take it to AAMCO so I took it to the Cartersville shop and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another woman. They were so busy I had to leave it with them and when they called me the next day and said all I needed to do was replace a solenoid pack I could not believe it. I picked up my car a week ago and it is running just fine. Thank you Tom and Carolyn for your honesty. You two are the best.

I have used this shop exclusively the last few years! The most honest shop around! They have a Master Tech named Andy Fort that can fix absolutely anything! I give this shop 5 stars for their competitive pricing and complete honesty ( something thats hard to find now a days!) If you need work, give them a chance! Andy and his crew will show you how getting your car fixed should be! Hassle free, and a clean environment!

I had 2 vehicles that needed attention and very little time, I took the first one and had the work performed while I waited a very short time. I made arrangements to drop the second one off and was notified as soon as the work was finished. The guys in the shop are very eager to serve your vehicle needs and get it back on the road in a very timely manner. Thanks Trans-Former I am glad you are in Cartersville.

I took my 1989 town car in had a transmission problem they said that it was just and cable issue it will be $100 so told them to fix it I had other work done ae:- brakes ,and power staring issue they fix every thing paid $1400.00 pick it up drove down the street and the transmission was NOT fixed and I spent $1300. extra for the car that was not worth to fixing I would not have fixed it so dont trust them

The staff there was very friendly and very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the way, and informed me of everything that needed to be done. All in all I will be returning for any more repairs that are needed and will recommend them to all my friends

WORST SERVICE EVER was told my transmission rebuild would be $1300 anded up costing $2400. BUYER BEWARE~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
