Went in for an alignment. They let me know that the car had been damaged in an accident and that it was difficult to make the outer tie rod adjustment. Despite this, they kept working on the car. When they finished that 3 hours later, they came out and charged me, then said that Id need a new tie rod end. They charged me for an alignment that wouldnt even hold because of a bad tie rod. I left and immediately noticed a clunking noise in the front end. I went back the next day to have it checked and they told me they couldnt hear it because it was raining. Took it back a week or two later and I drove it with a mechanic in the car so he could hear it. They told me that my steering rack was bad, and even though we both knew that my strut mounts are bad, they insisted that the $1,200 problem is the one thats making the noise. How convenient that it started right after that huge ordeal with the alignment? They quoted me for the steering rack and new tie rods, and in the quote, charged me for ANOTHER alignment after charging me for a piss poor alignment 2 weeks prior. Little did they know, I took 3 years of automotive classes when I was going through school. They arent fooling me, and they sure as hell arent receiving my business. I just want my car fixed from whatever they did to it to make it sound the way it does now. It sounds like my front end is falling apart when I hit a bump!

Great service for tires, but I wouldnt recommend for any other service. I went in asking for new tires, and a tune up. I got my new tires and when I asked if they did the tune up they said my car didnt need new spark plugs until 210,000 miles. I felt like they didnt want to be bothered with it... had someone else look at it and my car did need new spark plugs and now starts on the first few turnovers instead of the 9th or 10th.

I was losing air in my drivers rear tire. Decided to stop by on my way home work to get it checked. Mostly likely a nail. They offered a free check and i accepted. They found a screw, but however they told me they cant patch it and have to order new tires. The next day i took it to another shop to look into getting tires, but they were able to patch it, without any problems.

Service techs were not very nice, both guys were actually pretty nasty to me and very unwilling to help with my fleet vehicle. They did not preform the approved maintenance that I had an approval email for, when I picked up the car I had to wait for them to complete what was supposed to be completed. Will not return.
