Worst experience at a tire shop yet. I needed 2 new for the front of my SUV. Due to money restrictions I could not get all 4 even if I wanted to. I have a Ford Escape with 4WD. I made an appointment and the person took all my information and made the appointment. When I went in to get the tires the gentleman at the counter was very rude. I was looking at different tires and the first thing he asked was, "why are you looking at those, cause of the price?" Then he stated since my car is a AWD he could not do just 2 tires he had to do all 4. Well, I do not have a AWD I have a 4WD. Which he said was the same thing and it is not. AWD is on just about all the time and 4WD you have to engage or if it is computerized you have to use the lower gears. He then said it was not his policy and that I could apply for the credit card they have. I said no and he said well sorry I cant give you tires and I am not trying yo give you a hard time. I do not want anyone that does not know the difference between AWD and 4WD putting tires on my vehicle and I will never be going to a tires plus again. Fair warning to all, ask all the questions you can before going in so you dont fall for the, You can get our CREDIT sales line.

Respectable+Honest+Fast!!! I live across the street from this location and I have to say it was the most painless time I have ever had in a situation like this. I had my car towed to them to have new tires put on. They informed me of the most inexpensive tires 1st and let me decide which option to choose without making me feel like my life is in danger by being thrifty. After they changed the tires, they topped off fluids and let me know that I would eventually need a new battery. Customer service was top-notch, while I was waiting to be served they had just finished repairing an elderly womans car, when she asked how much - they insisted that there was no charge! I knew I was in the right place at that moment. The whole process was less than 3 hours with plenty of time to write this and get ready for work - Good job, guys and Im sorry for all the people who had a terrible experience here!

With two 9-year-old cars, I have had quite a bit of work to be done. I have been using these folks for all my car work for almost 3 years; they have been honest and up-front with everything they have done for me. As with any decent auto shop, it is their job to identify anything that is not perfect, and they do; but they have gone out of their way to clarify what really needs to be done "now", vs. things that will need to be done later. Being somewhat of a cynic, I have shopped around on every job, and they have consistently had the best prices, sometimes by quite a large margin. The general manager (John) and the service manager (Chris) know me by name, and are very personable. These folks have earned my continued business.

Im not one for reviews but exceptional service warrants it. I had a nail in my tire and changed out to a spare. I was fairly sure I could get it patched without issue but did not expect to be turned away from six businesses. I showed up to Tires Plus three minutes before closing and they made time for me. They not only patched my tire but put it back on my car and did a full rotation after closing for the day - on a Sunday, no less. AND they were extremely nice about it. This was my first time at Tires Plus, Ill definitely be back.. but hopefully not with a nail in my tire.

went in here only because my other place was closed. Just needed a tire plug. They proceeded to tell me had to patch it....ok. Get this then they came in and said they buffed it to thin and said needs a tire! what the heck....do you drop off your clothes the the dry cleaner "we damaged your suit or dress, just buy a new one" this place is horrible!!!! you have been warned! the employees name was John. Costed me 81.61 for a cheap primewell tire. what a rip....I just cannot get over this..aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!

I spent several years in the automotive repair buisness and know what my car needs and what it can get by without. They were very honest as to the importance and prioriety of their recomendations. I checked what they had recomended my self and found all to be dead on in price and priority. I would recomend them to anyone, and have recomended them to several co-workers and friends. All were just as satisfied as I was. If I had a rolls royce I would have no problem taking it to them.

Set appointment for oil change and was sent a coupon 19.99 oil change was seen right away. took longer then 30 min as guaranteed. My real problem started after oil change. my car is overheating now all the time i have always taken care of my car never had a problem with my car the temp gage has never gone above 1/4 now overheats. I am taking my car to another shop to have it checked out. Thing is a coworker of mine said had exact same problem after service at this same location...

My daughter took her car in because it was overheating. The mechanic gave her a price of $1050. She was told that her water pump was shot as well as a gasket behind the water pump and that it would take 8 hours of labor to repair. I told my daughter to take it to a different store. The mechanic found a water hose that was loose and leaking water. Total cost of the repair was $100. I would strongly recommend not going to this store ever.

Called ahead about getting my tire patched up. Was told to come in around one and that it would only take around thirty minutes. When I got there, the gentleman in the front said that he didnt know who I had talked to, but they didnt have me down. So in turn, it was going to take over an hour. Not an attempt at decent customer service. There are too many tire shops near by to be treated this way. Would not recommend.

The gentleman who work in this Tires Plus are always amazingly helpful. They do not try and get everything they can out of you, in fact they have turned me away when I thought I needed brakes but it was actually something else wrong with my wheel hub. Any other place may have just changed out my brakes to get my money, but these guys were honest and very helpful. This is why I will ALWAYS do my business here.

Ordered set of 4 tires to be installed next day. Dropped off van at 9am next day, asked if 1 pm for completion was possible and agent said "no problem". Returned at 130pm and work hadnt even been started. Spending $1000 on tires and receiving this kind of service is upsetting and makes me not want to spend this or any amount of money in the Future if this kind of service is delivered
