Went in today because my brakes had been acting up. I had done some at home repairs replacing a serpentine belt, etc... for the life of me I could not figure out what I had done to cause an issue with my brakes. But they were extremely difficult to depress and my Chrysler van was accelerating like a rocket every time I took my foot off them. I took my van into this place and explained what had precipitated the brakes issue. Floyd called me about 30 minutes later and told me that the vacuum line was disconnected. I drove to pick it up and he told me there was no charge. Now thats AMAZING in this day and age. I would definitely take my van back there to be serviced. Professionalism and integrity. Definitely recommend.

Overpriced. Be prepared for the "extra fees" and dont be surprised if your vehicle is in worse shape when you leave. During my visit I was way overcharged for a simple oil change, waited 45 minutes outside with the less than friendly employees, and got home to find that they put too much oil in my vehicle and it was preforming worse than when I took it in. There was also another customer there that had gotten his brakes changed a week prior and said they were making awful noises. When he came out he was complaining that they wanted another "ungodly" amount of money to fix what they had screwed up in the first place. Terrible experience.

I called the Lithia Springs location to get a quote for labor on replacing my front & rear rotors and pads. I informed the gentleman on the phone that I had already gotten a quote from the Dunwoody location, but I wanted to bring my car here since it was closer. When I told him the quote he immediately responded "Nah, take it to the them and let them do it" and hung up the phone. Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt this a chain? How can labor pricing be different from Dunwoody to Lithia Springs? McDonalds doesnt charge different prices for combos from one side of Atlanta to the other does it? Dont waste your time with these jabronis.......

They dont know what their doing. I was on a waiting list and told I would be called when they were ready to work on my car. Never received a call. I went back 4 days later and they said they were busy thats why they didnt call. What was the purpose of my coming in there and being put on the waiting list if youre never going to call? When they did look at my car, they said it was one thing when really, it was something else. I went to the Just Brakes in Stockbridge and received much better service. Very poor customer service at the one on Bankhead in Austell.

They jacked up the price for my brakes....jhon had said $99 for brake inspection rooter change n brake fluids.....when it came to getting my back brakes done he came back said it be $196 and i had said what was the $99 package you said for the rear or front brakes ...he stoped looked like i got him and said o that was just for the brake pads.....NEVER NEVER will come back i suggest read reviews before just going to a place and getting work done...plus he was taking people that have arrived after us and we been waiting from 2pm to 6pm.......JERKS!!!!!

Went in for a 99 dollar break job and 19 dollar oil change.. The employee stated two hours but I was there for over 3.. The employee took the car apart and stated that there were additional charges added the the service.. Wat should have been 135. 00 he tried to charge me 160..and deducted 20 off the price because I waited 45 min for th car part to arrive from another location.... Any females that use this astablishment should be concerned about the overcharges.. Take someone with u who knows about cars because its a bait and switch..

Today I truly become a loyal customer to this location. I recently purchased four new tires from here and this experience was awesome. Unfortunately I hit a major pothole and put a huge gash in my front tire. I was able to get help from John with no hesitation. He truly made this very inconvenient moment less stressful and for anyone who has had a flat tire knows that a kind heart and soul makes a huge difference. Thanks John

Ive had the lifetime brakes here and returned twice because the "free" brakes but never returned. However I have recently gotten an email saying you get a free oil change with a POSITIVE review on Google. I hope people arent desperate enough to do so, but if positive reviews do start now you know why.

Got an oil change. Did what I needed them to. I live nearby so I gave Floyd my number to call me when they had a free bay. I got the call. Came over and Zack had my car was on the lift in 5 minutes. They were honest about the wait time and I really appreciated that.
