We just got our car back from Excite Automotive - it was our first time using their services. We had 2 back quarter panels that needed body work done, replaced a front window due to 2 rock chips, and repaired the emergency brake on a 2001 Corolla that we just bought used on craigslist. They did an AMAZING job at an unbelievable price! We got an estimate from the auto body shop we have used all through our boys’ high school years (they are now in college) for over $3,000. Excite did the job for less than half and that included putting in a new emergency brake and replacing the windshield. The body work was excellent. Tonight while my husband was cleaning the inside of the car, he noticed that they had replaced the door handle on the driver’s side which we didn’t even ask them about because it was minor. Not only did they replace it, they didn’t even tell us about it. That shows that they really care about doing exceptional work without even getting credit (or charging extra) for it. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are really picky about our vehicles.They even gave us a loaner car while they were working on our car. We will be taking ALL of our car business (mechanical and body work) to Excite in the future. It is worth driving 10 minutes farther than we had before! We are recommending them to others. Im an author and professional speaker on customer service so I have very high expectations - they have exceeded our expectations on all levels. Strongly Recommend!!

This is absolutely the best experience I have had with a mechanic. He went over the entire car and let me know EVERYTHING that needed fixed. Then he let me know what needed attention asap and what could wait if I needed to. He explained what each part did on the car in simple terms I could understand and what to expect when the car was finished since I had to wait on a few of the repairs. His prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
