Heard about Austin Exhaust from another repair shop that didnt do the brake repair we needed. Called Austin Exhaust up and talked with them about the problem first. They gave reasonable advice so I decided to take the car in for repair there. Everyone there was very friendly and the pricing was very reasonable: the cost of the parts was right on target with what I could find for them online and they simply added a moderate fee for labor. While the car was being repaired, I just went across the street to Dans Diner and enjoyed a nice breakfast with Wi-fi availability. The guys at Austin Exhaust know their cars and wont charge you extra for repairs you dont need. They wont do all car repairs but I would highly recommend them for what they do repair.

I went in with my car sounding TERRIBLE, and when they were done, I really thought my car had died when I went to turn it on because I couldnt hear anything! They replaced my flex pipe and did a repair in the back of the muffler and were done in less than an hour. I only paid $120, while Monro gave me an estimate of literally $1,600 because they said I needed my whole muffler and exhaust pipe replaced and blah blah blah, or else my car would still sound bad. Puh-leez! With Austins repairs, my car sounds better than it ever has before. Plus, they were really nice too!

Well i had a loud sound under my truck took it to exhaust works they said that they could do it in like 4 hour would be like $400 so i went down the the street to austin exhaust to see what there price would be i said put it on the rack it took 30 min i was out of there with 300 more bucks and nicer people highly skilled people and a great job too check them out really u will like it i did AAA service loved it trust me dont bother with them big places they rip u off

Best mechanic I have been to in Columbus. All at Austins Exhaust were extremely friendly and flexible. Service was fast and there is even a delicious restaurant (Dans Diner) across the street with free wifi where you can wait for your car to be ready. All in all a great experience at a very reasonable price, I got my problem fixed at a third of the price that Goodyear quoted me. I will be returning here for all my future auto repairs.

Came at 1:32pm on a Saturday and I gentlemen said " can I help you ?" I replied " jus need my muffle done" he looked at me like i was not worth his time and said "ummmmm its closing lets do It Monday " wtf ? Come on run you business as such ....it says closed at 2pm on Saturday not 1:30pm SMDH wasted my time. First time going there and last time thank god.

Honest, and upfront pricing. I used to use Exhaust Works. I am glad I found this place. Dont be fooled by the small building. I got a fair price and the craftsmanship of the work was just what I expected. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I had a bad leak in my exhaust pipe and it made my car very loud. I took it to Austins and got the entire thing fixed for only $85 . Other shops were trying to charge me from$ 200-400. I definitely recommend this place for anyone

Went to exhaust works and was quoted $350 to fix my dual exhaust, went to Austin exhaust for a second opinion and they fixed it for $75! Great service and honesty will make me come back for all my future exhaust issues.

Great, fast, resonably priced service. I called beforehand to see if I could bring my car in for a muffler problem, I came in immediately, they fixed the problem in 30 minutes and charged me $50. Sweet deal
