WARNING: This shop literally doubles the cost of parts (compare for yourself at napa or advance auto parts!), and charges freaking outrageous labor fees. For a brake job that required new drums, rotors, calipers and lines, the labor was over 700 dollars. This didnt include the double retail priced parts, which made the total well over 1600 dollars. With the additional things they "thought I needed" it brought my total estimate over 2k. Huh? A two thousand dollar brake job? Right. DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you want to pay dealership prices (or worse!), and on top of that, the estimate that they quoted over the phone was 1/5th the price of the actual estimate when I called after towing the vehicle into the shop (so long tow costs!). They had me down for 20 chrome lug nuts for 260 dollars, which is just insane. Really? 20 chrome lugnuts? REALLY??! They wanted to replace my emergency brake cable which WORKS FINE because it had cosmetic damage to the outer lining of the cable running from the front to the back. I rejected the estimate and had my vehicle towed to much more reasonable mechanic who offered to fix my vehicle for literally less than a third of the cost at this shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THE REVIEWS ARE EITHER PLANTED OR ARE OBLIVIOUS PEOPLE! THE RATES ARE NUTS! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! DO NOT BELIEVE THE OLD REVIEWS!

I have had some very bad experiences with mechanics in the past. For many years I have been terrified to take my car to a mechanic shop for fear of being lied to and cheated. I only took my car to Weber Auto the first time because I live near their shop. Weber Auto has helped me trust mechanics again. They will not do repairs on your vehicle unless they are actually needed. I took my car to them with a laundry list of repairs that I thought that I needed. They proceeded to tell me that I didnt need all that and saved me a ton of money in not making unneeded repairs. They have always been nice to me. Even though I like to give them a few days to a week to allow them enough time to do the job right, they always seem to get me car back to me faster than I expected. Their price is comparable to other shop and sometimes even less expensive. I have never felt over charged for a job well done.

I have been taking cars here for over 4 years and have never had a complaint from any of my clients nor myself. I once took a car to Monro Tire for a tire rotation and oil change. The back tire got locked up some how and monro refused to do anything about citing it was my fault not theirs even when I drove it in there just fine. They said that it could be several things and if they opened it would cost me hundreds of dollars. I took it to weber who looked at it for a few minutes and determined that it was a piece of rust that fell into the drum during the tire rotation. They banged both rear drums to clear out the rust and sent me on my way. They had no qualms about getting the job done right, fast and honestly.

I will never take my car anywhere else, as long as Weber Road Auto is in existence. This family owned and operated business is the most professional, fast, precise, and reasonable auto repair shop Ive ever known. I have been dealing with Weber Road Auto for the last ten years at least! Believe it or not the first one that I was taking to them ten years ago still runs like a champ! The engine has out lived the body, and you know why Because Weber Road Auto will take good care of your vehicle, and you if your care is running good you feel good also. Thanks Weber Road Auto for such great service over these past ten years!

Honest, Speedy, and a Great Value: We were expecting a very costly repair quote based on other mechanics we had talked to about our concerns. This shop was recommended to us as trustworthy and I am so thankful. They were able to get our van in the same day to diagnose the problem(for a very reasonable fee) and fixed it within 24 hours. Plus, they informed us we did not not need major repairs and only fixed the two belts that needed replaced. Honesty can be hard to come by and we were blessed by theirs! Plus, all of their charges were very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!

My usually reliable 1994 Honda Civic suddenly had trouble starting 3 mornings in a row, then would not start at all. I called Weber Auto Service to ask about whether it was time to give up on the car. They got me right in for an appointment, found the problem and were able to find parts (not easy due to the age) to fix it. It runs better than before! The service is fast and great quality for the cost. The owner and everyone working there is friendly, respectful and honest, which is very important to me. They work on all 3 cars for my family.

Actually went out of his to make sure he got my truck finished quick so I could get back to work" I love the hours there open . And they even have a waiting room thats quite nice. I appreciate the fact that I have been able to patronize this auto shop for all of my needs, and this time was no exception. I was able to get a battery and oil change in the same day. Provided me with updates on if there would be any cost difference, and notified me when the service was complete. As an added bonus, to get a mailing from Sirius XM a week later stating that theyve teamed up with my auto shop to offer a free 2-month trial was just the icing on the cake!

I hardly do reviews but these guys deserved to be recommended. Their prices are more than reasonable, the staff is very polite and patient, and the mechanics are very quick and knowledgeable in getting your car repairs done! They take the time to listen to what problems your car is giving you and they make sure they cover all their bases to make sure you get what you paid for. If your car needs repairs, you owe it to yourself to give these guys your business!

I was referred to a group of professional staff of people that went right to the root of the problem (diagnosis) within an hour. They time my engine within a days time. I was very satisfied to have the mechanics there to look over the issue, and fix it the timing belt. I did not have to do any running around very professional.
