Outstanding service! A few months ago my boyfriend had to get repairs done to his car and called his usual tire shop to get a recommendation on where to go. They hands down recommended Streamline and told them they refuse to recommend anywhere else. He took his car there and had a quick turnaround, great work, reasonable cost, and Rob checked in with him daily to keep him updated. This past weekend my exhausted rusted out and we knew right away we were taking my car to Streamline based on his past experience with them. I dropped it off Monday morning without an appointment, got a call by noon on what was wrong, and had it fixed before close. I had another thing that Rob found needing repaired, but he was honest and upfront with me about being able to put the repair off for a little bit. Once I can make some time and set aside money for the other repair, I can say without a doubt Ill be back to have them do it. Honest, kind, and genuine stand up family that runs this business. Added bonus: Rob even remembered my boyfriend right away and asked him how his car has been since he repaired it there 10 months prior... just shows how genuinely invested he gets with every customers repair!

Technicians knew what they were doing. I thought I had an alignment problem, but they discovered suspension & tie rod issues. (Those more serious problems now seem to fit the driving experience I had beforehand -- I did not really pull to one side or the other, but something was wrong with how my car handled) I chose Streamline because they were $10 less than what other shops were charging for alignment ($75 vs $85 to $110) & a tire sales place recommended them. Car was fixed on time. Shop is in the inner city, so is not fancy or decorated. But what I want is quality service at a reasonable price.

I have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years now. I wouldnt dare take my cars elsewhere. Rob and Kathy run an honest to good shop. The hours may not always work with you, as they are closed on weekends, but I also love that about them. Weekends should be spent with family. I challenge anyone to find an automotive shop that gets as high of a rating as this one. I noticed there was only 1 negative review, and Streamline did not even do any work on his car! If you have car trouble, there is no better place. I drive about 25 minutes to get here, and there is a reason I choose to do that.

I have been taking my vehicles (Domestic and Foreign) to Streamline Auto Repair for all my auto repair needs for the past 5 years. Their Technicians have been very thorough with all of my repairs and I have never had to return once to have the same problem addressed. They always educate me on possible options that I might consider in having a given repair done, and also have recognized items that may need attention in the future. Streamline for fast, friendly professional 5 star service, with value beyond the repair......... :-)

I love to take my car here. Well, maybe not love to, because that means it needs work. But, if you have to, this is the place to go. Fair and comparable pricing with work that is performed accurately. If you encounter difficulty after a repair, in my experience, they do what it takes to make it right. In todays world thats pretty rare. Value and respect over a quick buck and sticking it to the customer. Plus for me, its within walking distance of my home. Would recommend this business to my mother.

There are few things in life as satisfying as knowing you have a mechanic you can trust and thats exactly what youll get at streamline. Ive never met such friendly, honest and compassionate people in my life. You will never be pressured into doing anything you dont want done and you will never pay more than whats fair. Wonderful Experience! Rob was very helpful and courteous. Brought my car in, in the morning, was fixed by the afternoon. Didnt have to wait a few days or schedule an appointment. Very professional. Accepted, Cash, Check and Credit Cards. They even drove my vehicle to me so I didnt have to ask my wife to take me to their shop after my car was fixed! A+++ service. Would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone.

My family has been going to streamline for years we love the service and we love the people. I did make a mistake a few years ago and took my car somewhere else and was very unsatisfied with the service that was provided. I will never make that mistake again. The service and parts that are provided are top-notch and last long time I really appreciate how they explain things to me and my mom when they work on our cars.

Beware! This company only work on your car if your insurance covers it. They refused to give an estimate because we werent sure if the damage is worth filing a claim due to deductible and impact on premium. The reason? Because they have flexibility to jack up the price from initial estimate without any issues from the insurance companies. Extremely unethical. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Took my car to Buckeye Muffler on Karl rd & they were going to charge me $611 for a powersteering pump was referred to Streamline Auto & they were almost 1/2 the price. Once Streamline looked at the car it wasnt the powersteering pump it was the pulleys & the alternator now my car is quiet as a mouse. Thank u so much for taking the time to diagnose the real problem. You definitely have my business....5 stars

Awesome staff, very knowledgeable. I was able to be seen same day, right away and got my car back in no time at all. I also like the friendly atmosphere and how customers are treated. Recommendations of repairs were made and explained in detail, but not pressured at all. Top notch service at a fair price. Would recommend Streamline to anyone and plan on continuing business with them in the future.

I moved to Columbus in November of 2016 . I needed work done on my truck. I kept riding by Streamline and decided to stop one day. I was absolutely glad I did. They are very friendly, honest people. Best prices I could find around, and they were personally recommended to me. Great customer service, they talked to me during the process about what they found and were doing, and if I had future problems, what might be the causes. Even looked me directly in the eyes while talking, which is awesome to see that kind of real honesty. I definitely recommend it.
