Ms Lisa goes out of her way all the time and if this review were for Lisa, it would remain 5 stars. Unfortunately corporate simply self storage are very impersonal and only concerned with the numbers not the actual fair treatment of customers. They have consistently raised my rates almost annually over the last 6 years. District manager has no help and says all the storage places do it. Ok does that make it right? I couldnt get a call back from the DM after 2 attempts so I had to stop in the office when he was there. Sad that corporate wont give more control to the individual stores. This is why my review went from 5 to 1. Ill be moving out at the end of next month...

Lisa was absolutely amazing! When she returned my call when first reserving a unit she asked what I expected to place inside. I gave her a general gist and she advised that we go one size up. I was very hesitant due to the price different. When I actually came in she continued in showing the size I requested along with the unit she advised. I have to admit she was absolutely right. She has such great customer experience and knows her stuff. Ive had storage units in the past and can already tell this experience will be nothing like the awful ones in the past. Id actually enjoy coming in every month to make my payments. She is such a big bag of fun. I already love her!

Love this place, thanks to Q and Lisa. While visiting family in Ohio during the holidays, I wanted to check out storage places for our move in February. Feeling overwhelmed with the whole process, Q put my mind to rest and helped me figure out how much space I needed and gave me helpful hints for packing and storage. She was sincere and caring, telling me to wrap things well to keep them from getting dusty or damaged. This was the first and only place I checked out because I knew I didnt need to check any further. I am looking forward to moving my items there and seeing the ladies so we can visit again.

Lisa is the best in the business! She will treat you just like family. Ive been renting from her on and off for five years, and she greets me with a gorgeous smile every time. I havent ever met a warmer customer service rep. Every time Ive walked into her store Ive been in dire straits and she always makes sure Im taken care of, explains the policies and procedures. I know I can trust this company. You wont be sorry if you give them a try! Ask for Lisa!

Lisa is the best!!! My sisters and I were moving our mother and we had immediate trouble: Too much stuff. Lisa just got right down to business, not trying to sell but instead helping us figure out how to solve our mothers challenges most economically. Mom loved her. My sisters love her. We cant wait to come and move into that new clean space Lisa has waiting for us!

Q was so humorous and welcoming, I immediately felt at ease. She made the entire process incredibly fast and easy--PLUS discussed ALL details for rules, payment dates, and how enter/exit facility. Having customer service with this level of expertise, REALLY sold me on paying many months in advance, as i know Q will be on the job, keeping things clean and safe!

Simply the best storage place I have ever used! The manager is awesome! She always has a smile and a friendly gesture to everyone!! If you should ever have even a minor issue with anything, she is quick to jump right on it and help you resolve it. Treats you more like a family friend then a customer. Highly recommended!

I have always gotten excellent service here, I have had a storage unit here for over a year and I live out of state. I call to check on my unit and the manager is awesome, shes always happy to help me and answer any questions I have. She seriously makes this the best storage unit. Very friendly.
