They dont have appointments anymore, so if you have 4 hours to waste while getting your tires changed then this is the place for you. Utterly ridiculous. We called the night before and were told if we were here by the time they open (7) we should be out within an hour. We live 30 min away so we had to wake up extra early, take time off of work to sit and wait. I am currently sitting at bench in the Madison Walmart and its taken 3.5 hours to get TWO tires changed....Bring your appointments back. Im not sure who has all this time to waste waiting around to get their tires changed but i dont, try to cater to your fellow working customers.
