Called Duff after the water shutoff valve in my home needed replacing. The old man & the son responded. The father replaced the shutoff valve, and finished the job with the connections leaking. I then asked the father to replace a faucet cartridge in a shower. Charged me $225 for a 10 minute job. A few days later, called Duff to return to my house to repair the leak that the father caused. He sent the son to fix the issue. The son was able to fix the leak, and then tried to say that the leak wasnt their fault. Of course. I was there when the father initially did the job, and I did overhear the conversation with the son about "not being able to stop the leak". Bottom line: Duff overcharged me for poorly done work, and then didnt want to own up to their screw-up. Dont waste your time with Duff; too many good plumbers in the area that can do the job for a reasonable price.

Kyle just saved us! A water line froze in our basement wall and then when the temperatures went back up it burst, spewing water into our daughters bedroom. We called four plumbing companies before going to the better business bureau to find local plumbers on our area. The quickest we could get someone out was four days out until we called Duff Plumbing. Kyle was able to get to our house 3 hours after we called and within an hour had sawed through boards, punched out ceilings, welded the water line and got us our water back. We cannot thank you enough for your prompt response (even though it had been a long day for you and I knew you had calls to get to after us) and your professionalism. Your work is greatly appreciated!

First needed repair on toilet leak. Said was done and checked had water on floor and leaking different place. Cleaned up water leak with my wash cloth. Second needed counter top replaced and he came out and measured and told me to go pick out countertop which I did . Called and let him know. Called three times in about a 2-3 month period and never returned my calls. Found new contractor. Had a few other things done which went ok but charged me for service call even though had work done. Thought bill was high for simple repairs he did. This work was done about a year ago. Now needing drain work done but will find another contractor

Prohibitively expensive. Expensive parts and expensive labor. Go to Tuttle, Puckett, Robinson, 4 Aces. Same results, guaranteed less expensive.
