I havent writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I dont do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didnt show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we dont call them every single day to ask them to finish. They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didnt come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldnt come because he was busy working on another job and wouldnt be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didnt care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldnt trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldnt get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didnt even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why dont we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we dont pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we dont pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing

I have never written a review but these people are the most deserving of one. I called in on a Saturday evening because of their 24/7 advertisement. They came out on Sunday morning to try to get my small apartment building boiler going after the gas had been shut off to the building due to a small boiler fire. The tech, who was very nice, informed me that he was able to restart the boiler but it needed fixed the next day once the supply house opened up. His boss quoted me $898 for a one hour repair and a $200 part. I said let me think about it and i will let you know in the morning. I then made the tech aware that my hot water heater needed the pilot relit. He soon informed me his boss told him to charge me $79 to do that. What?? The tech was paid for a service call and was standing next to the hot water heatetr??? And there is a $79 charge to light it? After that, I chose not to have them fix the boiler. Tuesday I get a call from a lady asking if I was going to have them do the work, I replied...uh no. No body charges $79 to light a pilot when they are already there in the building being paid. Not to mention the astronomical price for the boiler work and part. 1 hour later I get a call from the boss. He wants to offer me a lower price in the $640 range and claims they were "guessing on the first price because it was Sunday." Im ok with that (even if its not completely true.) When I tell him I am not interested because of the whole $79 thing on my hot water heater, he makes excuses (Why shouldnt we charge $79? We have to pay insurance?") and finally actually says, "I dont care if you use us or not. Were busy 24/7. Dont ever call us again, we cant make everyone happy." This company is rude, arrogant and just using the word "affordable" to suck you in. I had the job done 1st thing monday morning by a reputable company that charged $468 and happily lit my water heater.

FIRST KNOW THIS COMPANY IS NOT, IS NOT A PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I FOUND OUT WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i give this company no stars now, first i called and had a tech out in novermber, 2016 STILL HAVE INVOICE, I needed stationary tub snaked, tech said "oh no, you need a new sink, this old one has served its purpose" told me to pay deposit , the cost of the sink, $98>00, only $98.00, i did, wrote a check, he promised to return on black friday, well he was a no show, I called, clerk had him call me, said he would be there tuesday, again, no show, made couple of calls, the receptionist wants a FULL and complete" why do YOU need to speak to MR STEVE" finally one day in MARCH, Mr Steve himself answered the phone and i explained what happened he immediately said let me look for the invoice and call you back, well they send out another tech, now ive paid for the tub IN NOVEMBER 2016!!!!!, TECH comes in then he goes outside calls the office, comes back and says "you will need new faucet and plumbing lines" WHAT???????!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course now its going to be more than $485.00, I told him that was not what i was told in NOVEMBER 2016, i declined and asked him for a refund when he said it would have to come from the office, i called and called and called, the receptionist again refusing to put Mr Steve on the phone and YELLS at me "if this is about the sink forget it" (companies are NOT the only ones who records calls for quality assurance) i got 2, 2 stationary tubs installed for $300.00 did NOT need new faucets or plumbing lines. Affordable told me $$485.00 for one, 1, sink. i complained to attorney general who gave me further instructions on what to do. But for $98.00? $98.00???? SERIOUSLY?????????
