I had to give a star on this page, but they dont deserve it They deserve 0 STARS!!! I simply cannot even give them 1 star. This business was trying to give me the business. I am in need of a water heater replacement and expansion tank. I called this company and they sent out a young plumber (Zachary) to the house call. When he arrived he assessed the problem and then went to the truck to create an estimate. He came back with $1450. I asked him what he saw that was the problem and he asked, "Are you going to get the repair?" I told him that it was a little high an what was the problem? He stated that he couldnt tell me unless I would agree to the repair. He stated that it was his profession (plumbing) and that he couldnt just tell me what was wrong. Then he went to say that he would tell me if I paid for a diagnostic! This is OUTRAGEOUS! Who gives an estimate without telling the customer what is included in the repair? Zachary and H&G plumbing I guess! I have been in the military for over 20 years and traveled all over the world and NEVER have I had this type of treatment and disorderly customer service. I even tried to give the young Zachary some advice, such as by showing kindness and compassion, this is how you get referrals. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go to K&G! When I called the company to talk to management about the situation, the person who answered the phone stated that they were all out to lunch and that I could leave a message, but it would go out to the techs (I am assuming Zachary and the person with him), but that would be defeating the purpose. SHAME ON YOU H&G!!!!! And SHAME ON YOU ZACHARY!

This company amazed me beginning with the customer service. I had 3 toilets that were constantly running water whenever they wanted to and a kitchen faucet that was dripping water to where my water bill went from $40.00 average to over $150.00 per month. They came to my place on time and determined that repairing these problems would have cost me more than just replacong them. 2 days later the came in on time again and repalced 3 toilets and the faucet with quality products, and left my home clean in all areas they worked in and all has been working great since. I highly reccomwnd H&G PLUMBING AND SEPTIC for their professionalism and quality of work. Licensed; Bonded and Insured with a warranty on the work and parts. *SCAM ARTIST*Typical blue collar hustler, Mr. Zack, constantly changed price quotes on the job. Inflated equipment rates to support his outrageous diagnostic plumbing repair scenarios. Its one thing to clarify a problem, and absolutely ludicrous to lie about the entire context of the problem all together. This operation gives other legitimate agencies a negative reputation.

I was having a lot of problems with my septic and the sink drains were backing up. I called H&G Plumbing and they were very prompt in getting out to help me. The pump needed to be replaced and I was able to get it done without costing a fortune. I am very happy with the service from H&G Plumbing
