CALLING THE BBB! A man came out and snaked my toilet. Spent a total of about an hour on the job and had pre-quoted me $600.00 for what he made it seem like was going to be a huge job! TEARING UP THE FRONT YARD TO FIND THE CLOG AND SUCH. So I agreed to the price. I told him I thought it seemed to be an air lock problem as it comes and goes.. kinda strange.... I stepped out for about 10 minuets at best and when I came back in was informed he had cleared this HUGE CLOG! REALLY! Well I hate to tell you but the HUGE CLOG is back within a week! Spoke with the manager and he never called me back. Noticed from there web page of course they screen the reviews to all 5 star. GO FIGURE! BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

They called and came out as promised. They wanted $399 to snake-out the kitchen sink drain. The tech was trying to defend the steep price because they had a 6 month guarantee. I could call a plumber 2 more times in a 6month period and still come out ahead of that price! I looked up prices and average cost to clear a kitchen clog was $109-$214 including a $50 service fee. Needless to say, we sent their tech away and called a more reasonable plumbing service.

Mr. Brian D. 3131 was very punctual and very professional. He took every step to clear a clogged toilet that had a toy stuck deep inside. His work was very clean and dry. I am Ellen Ponder writing the review because I met Mr. Brian D. at the door and was there while he did the job. Mr. Brian D. is a prime example of what one expects from a company and its staff. I called Roto Rooter at 8:45am on a Friday and they were out here by 11am the same morning! Wayne came out to clear/snake out my kitchen sink drain and he was in and out within 40 minutes. Wayne was polite, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained what he would do and why, and even shared helpful tips to curtail the issue from possibly happening in the future. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs, and ask for Wayne!

We are very pleased with the work done by Zurab for Roto- Rooter. We called with a blocked sewage line and he arrived within an hour. He was polite and answered all of our questions. The only thing we werent happy was that we were told it would be $500 for two hours. He was here one hour and ten minutes and charged us $578.48 with only $3.48 for parts. However, we would definitely use again as it was a job well done.

Window of arrival was lengthy and inconvenient (11-3). Of course he arrived right at 3pm. Arrived without proper tools to make repairs and had to make a trip to Home Depot. The dispatch & technition were aware of what the problem was prior to arrival. Hopefully I didnt get charged for that hour trip. Labor/parts were not itemized on invoice, so I will have to call and get that information.

Same day service which was very helpful. The workers were thorough and did a good job. My only area of dissatisfaction was the price. I had a back up at the septic tank. To run a camera down the system, discover the blockage and then run a powered "snake" down to clear out the blockage cost $559.00. The entire process took under two hours.

Had an emergency on a Sunday with a leaking bathroom faucet. had to shut our water off and gave Roto-Rooter a call. Shortly after we got a tech out to the house. I had a leak, but I never thought much of it. They came with a lady who coordinated and supervised the work. They found the leak had reached my carpet, kitchen floors and walls. I was devastated. They called my insurance company and took care of everything! Excellent work!

Angel came in to do a job that was well overdue. He replaced 2 Drain fixtures and the seals involved to stop leakage when the tub or shower stall was in use. The job was a bit pricey but its not something I could have ever done on my own. Would definitely recommend them.
