Thank you Bobby! I called Zoom Plumbing at 6:00am when I was getting ready for work I found I had no hot water. Not what you want to wake up to on a Monday morning. I went to my basement to look at my water heater only to find the room it was in covered in a huge puddle of water. I called Zoom Plumbing and Bobby the plumber who took my call was at my house before 8:00am that morning. He found out that the 15+ year old water heater died (but he used much more plumbingly words) and the tank leaked all over my floor. He gave me an estimate and by 1pm that day I he had switched out my older water heater. What sold me was that as Bobby was writing up the estimate he noticed I had a very old dressing table given to me by my great-grandmother that I had completely that was submerged in at least an inch of water. He didnt mention that he took the time to lift it up and put it on some blocks to keep to keep it from being damaged further by the water before I had agreed to have Zoom Plumbing do the work! Thank you for the extra care and concern, reasonable prices and great service, I highly recommend!

NO SHOW Called about a toilet replace on Monday. Tom came out within an hour to give an estimate on the job. Price was OK, and he was very pleasant. Tom said he could come Tuesday. Needed him to come in afternoon on Tuesday, so we agreed on Wednesday. Texted details to his cell on Monday to ensure job was scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday waited until Noon. No plumber, no phone call. Called him, left message, no response for an hour. If youre OK with missed appointments and no response then call, otherwise look elsewhere.

We live in an older home and the plumbing is causing lots of clogging problems. We called Zoom Plumbing and Tom told me over the phone what it would cost to unclog the drain . He is such a nice man and so pleasant to deal with. He came out in a hour and fixed the clog with no issues. The best part was that the price he quoted me was the price I paid. No extra fees because it was 9:30 at night or because he removed the toilet to snake the pipe. It was exactly the amount I was told! I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

I hired Zoom Plumbing, Tom Connolly, in October 2011 to perform work on a septic tank. I was quoted a price range of $3,000 to $3,500 for the job, final invoice was $7,069.00. There was never a notice given of a price increase during the job, there was never a change ordered issued during the job. There was a final invoice submitted for more than double the original quote. When I asked why? they responded, "we had to rent a bigger tractor." I will never use zoom plumbing again.

Lost without Tom! My wife recently lost her engagement ring down the toilet. We live in a townhouse community so odds were pretty good that the ring was gone. We called Tom, midway through a Saturday, and he was there, with a camera, in less than an hour. When he realized what had happened he told me hed stay until it was recovered. 7 hours later the ring was back on her finger (washed of course). Without Toms compassion and service wed be out a very special ring.

Wow, what a relief to have a quick response to the overflow and backed up plumbing from our bathroom into our family room! When ya cant flush, cant do laundry, life just is miserable. I am very thankful I called Zoom Plumbing, professional, affordable, and pleasant service - and watching the camera go down our drain pipes was very interesting to say the least!

I met Tom at a QT gas station and loved the advertising on his Van. Of course I pay attention because I am a marketing consultant. I spoke to him on the phone several times. RS-Honest Beyond A Reasonable Doubt! - Tom Connolly is fantastic. He is honest and very reputable.It is great to know that there is a great plumber in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area.We would never use anyone else for our plumbing needs then Tom.
