Very unimpressed with this location. We have spent literally hundreds of dollars in this store on parts for our fleet of moving trucks. We took one of our trucks in to get a power steering hose (which we bought from them) put on. We dropped the truck off at 8:30am, they looked at the truck and gave us a price and we told them it was important it was done by 6pm as it was reserved by a customer. They said no problem. At 12pm, they call and tell us that because it wont go into the garage that they cant work on it. I talked with the manager and said it is a hose that with the proper tools, which I assume you guys have will take a few minutes and Im paying $209 as quoted. He stated everything must come into the garage and the truck wont fit. So, it took you 4 hours to figure out the truck wouldnt go into a garage... not sure why someone couldnt pull it to the side and put the hose on... but he said they arent allowed to do that. Anyway..... getting the truck fixed in time for the customer is impossible so now we are out hundreds of dollars and have a pissed off customer. Will not be using this location again for anything!

Nothing...they charge 106.$..for a car to get checked out.. When my cousin went and she gets charged 30.$...they are ridiculous....im searching for a cheaper place...thats why people never go to shops because of the prices...n they wonder why there are so many street mechanics....something weird is goin on i also talk to a friend and he also said 30$ to look at it...pitiful...thumbs down

My steering wheel had started shaking really bad so I took it in here to get looked at. They said the entire rack & pinion needed replaced. I took it another place and told me I only need to replace my tires and the inner and outer tie rods. Im saving $1,100 by going to this other place. I really dont appreciate when places try to take advantage of other people.

My car shut down on the freeway while we were out of state. I called the nearest Pep Boys (Trotwood, OH) and Andre was so helpful! He seemed genuinely concerned about how to get me to the store and making sure everything was checked before we were on the road again. Saved the day and my sanity for sure.

Andre in service was amazing! Helped two girls on a road trip feel safe and quickly get us back on the road. This was after ford dealership told us they didnt have time to help and didnt have a referral for us. Will def use Pep Boys again!

Had work done on my mothers car. 6 months and only 800 miles later, the part broke. The part was tweaked and I was charged another $300. One month (70 miles) later, it is broke again.

why bother? first I get recording to press buttons for department. NO answer, after the phone rang 10 times I hung up. They too busy to take calls they too busy to work on my auto.
